Mitch lead the crew that worked on our home this past week and they were incredible. He was kind, communicative, prompt and thorough in his work and team leadership.

Very difficult cast in place pipe job that Taylor and Hose did. These guys were great. Fun to be around, and they went the extra mile to get it done. 5 stars for the job and both Taylor and Hose.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

I am so happy I found Sutherland Plumbing. We've had them out for a couple of jobs before (replacing an ancient water heater, installing a pressure valve on our supply line) and they just came through again for us.

We had a tile company out to install a new bathroom floor and in the demo yesterday, we found that the toilet had been leaking. In addition the supply line valve wouldn't close completely so we had water continuing to leak. They sent Sean out here the next day and he not only fixed the leaking valve, but also figured out a sturdy, temporary way to install the toilet on the subfloor while also raising the flange so that it will be the appropriate height once the tile is installed.

We only have one bathroom in our house so if he hadn't been willing/able to make it work, we would have no toilet until we could get the tile installers back out.

I have confidence in the work they do, which is really important as I plan to live in this house for the long haul and I want things done correctly. Plus, everyone I've dealt with has been really nice and they explain things to me that are helpful to know as a home owner (without treating me like I should already know these things). They have earned my loyalty.

Proline is great, I would highly recommend this company. The Technician Tyrone is awesome! He was on time, very professional and does great work! The industry definitely needs more people like him.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

This company opened up a drain that had never drained at all!

Vitaliy was very professional and punctual with good communication about appointment times. He did the work fast and with incredible quality and he left the work area super clean. I will definately call Diligent Plumbing for my next plumbing projects.

This Mr.Rooter. I by far worst Plumbing co around. My grandma has used them for years. As far back as I can remember. She has a sewer line problem. So she called Mr.Rooter Portland for the job. The came out did a camera view down pipes stating 30ft of sewer line need an be replaced. Quoted $6000+ for the job. My grandma lives off social security so I will be paying for plumbing. So I had 3 different quotes/Bids. Another Company came out to the location ran a camera down the drain explaining the pipe was only clogging in a 2ft section as everything else was new pipes would not need be replaced. Costing a huge fraction less than bid from Mr.Rooter. So the job went from 30ft to 2ft. Needing whole yard dug up etc... when in reality I can dig the pipe which is 2ft underground an replace 2ft part pipe. Instead of Mr.Rooter coming out an digging up whole yard with excavator. Rediculous that big companies such as this think they can get away with jobs such as this. I hope this review's changes alot of minds about this company because we will not be having any work done by this company for now on.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I had Steve out to deal with a drain at my preschool, and a week later ( two old houses!) Austin came to scope out sewer line in our 1916 home.
They were on time, on both occasions, great communication, and just very nice to deal with.
I cannot tell you how reassuring it was to have a calm competent person help, when I had 16 preschooler and a mystery leak.

I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

We can't say enough about how great this company is. Everyone we dealt with, Kaleo, Jimmy & Henry, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Their quality of work and professionalism exceeded our expections. All Pro Plumbing will be the only plumbing company we will deal with in the future. Thanks guys!

I had a plumber come out for a non-emergency slow leak, and they were able to get to me very quickly. They came out just a few days after my call and the plumber was very polite and professional. Also very fast! The job was done in no time and cost very little. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again if something comes up.

Called Happys to come install my new faucet, beverage faucet, instahot, and garbage disposer. They scheduled me for a week later - much better than other plumbing shops that were over a month out. They arrived on time and Justin the apprentice did an amazing job! All done within about an hour.
I will absolutely use Happys again.
