Marc & Jeff and the entire 3 Mountains team were awesome, in what is a stressful situation.After learning on Friday from the city water dept that we were using excessive water, and discovering a pool of standing water in our front yard, they were able to dispatch Jeff to check it out that very same day. Of course in exploring our property looking for water leaks, I discovered an unrelated waste water leak in our crawl space.Jeff assessed the situation, presented my cost options clearly and concisely, and very ably assisted me navigating the financing aspect of things, as well as explaining the related inspections & permitting.On repair day, Marc & Dre came out to accomplish the job(s), spending all day at our house. They worked well with the drilling/pipe running company also onsite. Their presence was unobtrusive and professional and very respectful of our home.While I wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone, I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing to take care of any plumbing issue anyone may have!

After getting a $1600 flat fee for clearing our clogged sewer line, I decided to call a company that could fix our onqoing problem with a lining of our 60 year-old cast iron pipes. I was pleased to find out that the owner, David, would come out the next morning and give us a bid on re-sleeving the existing pipe and clean out the current clog at the same time. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful at clearing the clog, so he gave us a referral to Retro Drain Cleaning. David did not charge us and said he would come back out again after the drain was cleared to hydro-jet the entire sewer line and give us a bid for the relining of the pipe, again at no charge. He said we could then decide if we wanted to have the work done. Our choice would be to continue paying drain cleaners to clear the clog every 1 or 2 years, or have Sewer Renewal do the work with a 20 year guarantee. As of today, we now have an unclogged sewer line and have contacted David to come out and give us the estimate. More to come. He is scheduled for tomorrow for a bid to fix us permanently!

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. They also have a good relationship with the city to get permits and inspections completed as needed quickly. You won't find a better team to get the job done right and fast.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

If you want to re-pipe your house, these are the people to use. I used them for ours and they were finished by 3:30PM in one day. They are fast, affordable and are efficient in getting you through the permitting and drywall patching (if so required). Greg, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and is fantastic at helping the customer through any scenario they may be trying to resolve. I highly recommend this crew.
