Had a great experience with 3 Mountains, I requested a quote online at about 9 pm and they called me at 7 the next morning and had a tech (Brooks) out by 8:30. He was professional, efficient and went above and beyond to fix my problem quickly. He was even courteous to my dogs and plants! Would recommend!

Every point of contact with Sewer Renewal Specialists was professional and pleasant. The work process was explained to us and scheduled in a timely fashion. Taylor and Jose arrived on time and worked above and beyond our expectations. They found our drain pipe had eroded so badly in one section that they went to the extra trouble of removing some of the concrete floor to replace it. They coated the remainder of our drain pipe out to the main connection of the sewer pipe just outside of the house. I would hire them again.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Ti and his team replaced a water supply line to our house. Despite being pretty booked up, Ti was able to fit us in and get us a bid within a couple hours of our initial call. Ti was very straightforward in his explanations, and made sure we understood each of the issues and proposed resolutions. We really appreciated that Ti worked to help us make informed decisions during the process. On the day the replacement was performed, Ti and his team were courteous and timely, continuing to be straightforward and honest about the work being done. There were no surprises, and the work performed was exactly as described in the bid. We most certainly will be giving Ti a call if/when we need plumbing service in the future.

One other note - these guys really get customer service. Ti noticed that we had yet to recycle our Christmas tree, and when he noticed a wood chipper at a neighbor's house down the road, offered to carry it down to get rid of it for us. We really appreciate the small touches and fantastic customer service!

Our service person came to drain our grease trap. He was professional, quick, on time, and clean.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Terry does outstanding work, and his wife Jamie is a great organizer. They show up when they say they will, they communicate clearly about the job, Terry and his son are courteous, and the results are exactly as expected.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

Fast, excellent service. Gary replaced a section of water line I damaged doing DIY work. Prompt service on July 5th - before I even heard back from most other plumbers I contacted. Reasonable price, too. I would recommend Gary for anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Gary!
