From start to finish 3 Mountains Plumbing and the high-level technician, Colemann, were wonderful to work with. My water heater gave out and needed replaced. I called 3 Mountains at 8:30am and from the kind and professional intake to the call-back from dispatch to the tech arriving was just a a few hours...Coleman was so professional and knowledgeable and shared all the information I needed to know about the job. Within a few hours I had a new water heater and the old appliance was hauled away and the new unit tested and up and running. I had not used this company before and felt very comfortable and confident with the service, products and pricing. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thanks!

These guys are fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Techs are well trained and very informative. Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

I called to see if I could get a rough estimate over the phone. The receptionist didn’t seem friendly and seemed like they don’t want my business. She stated, they don’t give estimates over the phone and would charge to have someone come out and write up an estimate. I’ve called serval other companies that where able to give a rough estimate over the phone and would come out and give a free estimate. Mr. Rooter in Gladstone is all my about making money and not new customers. Unprofessional in my opinion.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Matthew and Hector were very professional as well as friendly. I had to have my furnace replaced and they made quick work of it, even with it being in a tight spot. It’s a relief when you let someone in your house to do work and they’re as friendly as these 2 were. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any type of HVAC work done!

Bob was so great to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, reliable and transparent about everything he was doing and how much it would cost me. I think the price was incredibly reasonable for the quick and high quality work he performed. I'm very happy to know I have a reliable plumber to call on for future jobs! David did great job with my plumbing job. He replaced a cheap faucet that I had in my mud sink which took some configuration changes that other plumbers were not willing to do.

He also replaced several cheap plastic acorn stops with metal quarter turns.

He definitely knows his stuff and I will be using him again for my future plumbing needs.

Was on time, quick and polite. After coming out of the crawlspace he made sure he took off his boot to walk thru my house. He went under looked at the problem came out went to his truck got what he needed to fix it and was done in less than an hour.

Called Paul's Plumbing at the recommendation of our realtor. We had several cracked (cast iron drain) pipes under our house and we were in the middle of trying to sell our house so we were on a short time schedule! Josh called back right away, came out to look at the problem for no extra charge, and came out the next day to make the repairs. I was really worried about the cost because we've spent so much already on repairs to get the house up for sale. Josh took this into account and brought a helper along on the day of the repairs to keep the number of hours they needed (for the repairs) to a minimum. The price was really reasonable and the repairs are really well done! Josh found another issue while under the house but still kept the hours to the amount he'd already quoted us. I would absolutely use this company again.

Efraim did the work and was really incredibly efficient. He worked by himself from 8 am to almost 6:30 pm with a VERY brief lunch break. He was also very friendly and told me about his apprentice program of which he is very proud.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
