Always fast, courteous service!

I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of all the people I encountered from this company. All my questions were answered in a friendly and patient manner. Their workmanship was top notch.

I had tree roots blocking my pipes and backing up my toilet into the sink on a Sunday. Roto Rooter came out and cleared the pipe, but they suggested that the pipe was not level so it would have to be replaced rather than cleared out and lined with a resin. When I told Sewer Renewal Specialists (I wish I could remember the person's name; he was great), he encouraged me to let him come out no charge and confirm this, because he suspected it was not true. Sure enough, he found nothing wrong with the pipe, spent more time clearing it out and then shot the resin in so it wouldn't happen again. All for half of what I would have had to pay for the Roto Rooter digging up my line and putting in new pipes. I've had no problem since. Sewer Renewal even came out and extended the release pipe(?) for free when I had a retaining was put in. I can't praise them enough.

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Gary may have a good personality, but he does not have enough knowledge and skills for such plumbing service, although he has been worked for relatively long time. After his first service a simple broken pipe in the crawlspace of my home finally lead to about $2000 repairing finished by another plumbing company. Very bad service that I have had so far. Strongly suggest not to call Gary for a similar service!!!

Vitaliy was absolutely amazing. My parents shower faucet broke. They were with out water over the weekend. Vitality said he could fit my parents in on Thursday. But put them on the Cancelation list. He came out on Tuesday morning. Had there water back on within a hour. He was very personal and kind. His rates are very good. I would highly recommend him.

I've been using Pro Plumb for about 8 years at this point at two different jobs and have always had a great experience. Fantastic employees, awesome service and fair pricing. Will continue to call them first for any plumbing jobs I have.

I was referred to Nichols Plumbing to replace a water valve for my refrigerator to be installed. Bob was able to come out the next day and checked it. He also discovered the valve was working and didn't need to be replaced after all, so he only charged me for coming out. He is honest and friendly. I highly recommend hiring Nichols Plumbing!

They came out for 3 different jobs, I worked with 5 different professional technicians. These guys took the time to diagnose, tell me about my options and explain what needed to be fixed and why. They will be my first call the next time I need any HVAC, plumbing or electrical work.

My name is Brian, and I am a resident of K-Worth Apartments. Over the past year, three different plumbers showed up to fix our tub that's been backing up with soup from the neighbor's kitchen sink. (Imagine jumping into a shower after a long day of work only to have your neighbor's soup begin erupting from the drain, and you'll understand the nature of the problem.) Anyway, none of the other plumbers could figure out the problem until Eulises from Apollo Plumbing showed up on the job. Within half-an-hour, he identified the problem, proposed a solution, and got to work. Thank you, Eulises, for your go get'em attitude and competence. You rock! No more soup erupting showers! 🤟🏽

Called to get an estimate on replacing my 30 year old hot water heat. Dylan arrived during the prescribed time but got upset when I asked him to show some sort of company ID. He did not project any sense of customer service and was not knowledgeable of the tier ratings for the new hot water heaters. He was mildly disrespectful to say the least. If their techs are like this, I will not recommend this company to others.

I came home from vacation to a $1200 dollar water bill and a major leak. I called Pacific Crest, explained the situation, and Nick was able to come out same day.

Nick was able to quickly and thoroughly diagnose the situation and get it handled. He was clearly knowledgeable and also quite friendly. I didn't feel any pressure or that I was being taken advantage of.

At the end he even gave advice on negotiating my water bill with the city. I hope I don't need him for anything else but if I do he has a customer for life.

The response time for our emergency was acceptable. Chris was awesome!!! He got all of the job done in timely manner. His customer service was excellent. Thank you Chris and Rescue Rooter for all your help.

I see that this company has had some less than positive reviews, so I wanted to be sure to tell about my experience with them. They came out as a result of a service call I placed through my home warranty company. I will admit that when I saw the reviews online I was skeptical. However, I am happy to say that my experience was nothing like others have posted. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. At first he thought he'd have to complete my job at a later time due to needing to order some parts. But he called about an hour later, saying he found what he needed, and could come back the same day and fix the problem. He came back as stated and did the repair quickly. Both times he came to my home he wore a mask, was very nice, and listened politely to all my concerns. I have no complaints about the company at all.

Having issues with my furnace and scheduled an appointment with Detemple who we have used for years. They called before my appointment and diagnosed and fixed over the phone. Saved me from having to pay for a service call. Wonderful company and could not more highly recommend.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
