Scheduling was fast and our tech was kind and informative. I appreciated that they asked about our comfort with masking while working in our home and when we had follow up work needed it was covered under the 90day warranty.

I was told there would be no charge if they came out and I chose not to use their service. This was not the case. Very misleading and dishonest.

Very nice and professional personnel. They were able to come out to our house within two hours for a septic pump that died and were able to replace it the same day. Would definitely recommend using them and we will do so again if necessary.

Ben gave an initial quote, walked me through the process of the work that would be done, and made sure I understood. The plumbers were also very professional and the quality of work was great. I had smoke/carbon monoxide detectors replaced (they began failing and alarming). Turns out they needed to be replaced because they were over 10 years old. Then a GFI switch on the panel got stuck in the off position. The electrician, Aaron, was very thorough in finding and repairing everything. The office staff were also helpful in scheduling the visits.

We had a cato'strophic blockage in our sewer pipe that caused all outflow to stop and waste water to back up in the tub. I called Rescue Rooter and they took my info over the phone. Shortly thereafter dispatch called and we scheduled an appointment for withing 2 hours if calling.The service men who came (one came to rooter the line and the other to run video line) were incredibly professional, articulated the process well, and followed through with their commitment.The found the blockage 65 feet down the exit sewer line and using the camera I could see the flow was clear. They prepared a quote for work to repair the line and left. No pressure sales.I would recommend Rescue Rooter.

I reached out to Meticulous plumbing and initially received a availability date out several weeks. Because the work was minor (replace kitchen faucet), they advised there was a possibility of pulling that availability in. They were able to come out 2 days after initial contact! Joe arrived quickly with an apprentice. They were able to assess the job, provide an price, and complete the work in an hour. They were both professional, pleasant, and they left the work area clean. Top notch! I highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing.

I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
