Our water heater had a problem. They came to check on it the same day. Isaac talked us through options and we decided to try a repair before replacement. The repair didn’t work, and Isaac was very accommodating while I waffled about which decisions to make. He ended up replacing the heater for us the same day that the repair didn’t work out. He was professional and relatable throughout the experience. He did a very complete and tidy job of exchanging heaters.

Had a great experience with them. They did a cure in place pipe treatment on our house we just purchased. The service techs Taylor (props to him for having been a fellow ubc 1503 member) and William did a great job and were done quickly and Joe came the next day to work with the city inspector. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They were comparable in price to other companies that only do invasive pipe replacement. Their warranty was exponentially better than all the other companies.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not only is this company twice as expensive as anybody else around, but they will not take responsibility for faulty work. They almost caused a flooding of sewer material at our facility, by using parts not rated for this kind of application. When we tried to contact them about the problems, they flat out denied they had done the work. Even though we have before and after pictures and videos. Very unprofessional behavior, and they refused to even come out and look at the problems they had caused. I will certainly recommend to anybody to steer clear of this company.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I could not be more pleased with the service we received to fix our kitchen sink. Jason Belcher did an A+ job! He was courteous, respectful, easy to communicate with and I felt very safe having him in our home when my husband was not there. He fixed our sink in a very timely manner which was great. My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We are very happy with AAA Drain services. They came as soon as they finished their current job (about 2 hours) and got our drain working quickly. The cost was very reasonable. They are a local business and we recommend highly.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
