Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

I try to take care of my septic system. I know that repairs and upkeep can be expensive. I recently had quite a few people over for my daughter's wedding. The septic just couldn't handle the usage. The next day I had to call River City to come out to pump the tank before it started backing up into the house. They came right away and they charged me what I was quoted over the phone.

Their drivers are rude. Would never do business with them.

Very satisfied. Technician Abe was courteous and professional, explained clearly what our options were and what he was going to do - and checked back to make sure I understood. He also did a fine clean up! I thought it was a little pricey, BUT there is no charge for the onsite visit or the problem evaluation, nor do they charge if they can't fix it - and they guarantee the fix for 6 months, so overall I'm satisfied.

We were paired with Pex through Repipe Soecialists. The first day two guys came and did the job in one day. Somewhat friendly, somewhat professional. It wasn’t until a few hours after they left that we started noticing some things that weren’t fixed. The main thing they forgot to navigate was making sure our water was running in all areas of the house. After paying over $6,000 we had new pipes, but no running water to our clothes washer or bathroom sink.

After calling the company, they sent three people over a couple days later. Upon arrival, two of the boys had attitudes (like we had done something wrong) for requesting they finish their work. They also told us that the person who wrote the contract had made a mistake and that it would be an extra $1,900 to complete the work. We again called their company again to ask what they had to say, they then called the boys at our house; next thing we know the three boys were getting to work.

The didn’t say a word to us, just started moving furniture and cutting holes in drywall. Our utility sink wall is obliterated, floor to ceiling cut out of drywall. Can’t help but feel like a few spoiled brats didn’t like being told on so they took it out on my house. They were gone in 2 hours, even though they tried to charge us $1,900!?!

Will never use the services of Pex or Repipe Specialists again. What a headache!

Power Plumbing has ignored my six messages, being told by anyone I reach in the office the owner will be getting back to me, for an itemized bill or explanation of charges. The bill was paid immediately and we are not arguing charges, but the guy was at my house for less than 40 minutes and we had a bill for over $300. All I have been requesting was an explanation of charges. It wasn't an emergency visit, not on a weekend or holiday, and when I asked the guy while he was leaving what the service charge just to come to the house was he replied I don't know the office takes care of that and left, also taking one of our moving blankets that we put on the floor so any water was caught. While they got the job done, and it was a simple job cleaning a clogged line, I would never use this company unless you know the price up front.

He arrived early which was fine by me he did a wonderful job and dd a great job of cleaning up afterwards
