This company was hired by my apartment property management. Even though my apartments didn't want to hire someone to fix my emergency till morning. Cameron came out. Was about to leave because my apartment property management did not give him all the notes and was rude to him. He saw me..chatted with me for a moment and came in and saw my situation and was able fix my leak. This kid needs a raise!! 😊 Friendly and professional. Hope he is the one assigned to come back for more repairs in the future.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Our need was urgent (sewage in basement) and Roto-Rotor dealt with it in great fashion. They gave us a two-hour window and kept us informed throughout of the technician’s whereabouts.Once she arrived, Carson (the tech) diagnosed the issue and called for back up (Jacob). The two of them worked diligently to pass a cable 90 feet down our sewer line and worked until the line was unclogged. They kept us informed at every step about what they were doing. Included in the scope of work is a second visit by a supervisor who will use a camera to inspect the line and see what the underlying problem is.I was impressed by the hard work of the technicians and their persevering to make sure the job was done. They worked from 7:45 until 10:15 PM

We had rust in our water from old pipes. When we turned on the water in the kitchen sink, someone got scalded in the shower. Our water heater and laundry pipes were mis-sized and not recessed in the wall. We had our pipes replaced from the street throughout our whole home in just one day. They replaced all our faucets and fixtures inside and out, made both water heater pipes the same size, recessed out laundry room outlets and installed shut off valves where we could easily access them. After the inspection, they patched everything thing so it looks like new. The staff were very cordial and kept me well informed all along the way. We now have fresh, clean water with much better pressure and no more scalding in the shower. We want to thank Re-Pipe Specialists for having Pex Plumbing fix all our pipe problems!

Worker was on time, very polite and efficient. He discovered the problem and offered solutions. We were very content with his service.

Performed video inspection. They. were able to tell me what I needed about our commercial sewer drain and the condition. They offered to jet out the pipe and clean it and had.time to knock out a third pipe we had issues with a clogged storm drain. I really like working g with people who stay and perform other services that may have not been on the original task list, and they knew I wasn't going to be petty and ask the pricing for every task. In fact the bill was very reasonable and helped us tremendously. I would definitely cal th again for another project.

In 2021 Central Air installed a new heat pump in our old house. Twice since then I’ve called them to get information on this new technology and each time the company has hurried to send someone out to us to help us learn.Yesterday they sent Keenan who quickly assessed our question, skillfully solved it, and then made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.Keenan had strong communication skills, and also strong technology know-how skills, and he wanted us to be satisfied. I was in dire need of my pipes getting cleaned and Aaron Tell all Tellet solved my problem. That guy knows how to lay some pipe. Ive never felt so satisfied, he upsized my pipes from 1.5 to 3. He definitely makes it clear that he is the best plumber at his shop.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

The water line from the street to our fourplex started to leak severely.
Paul and crew did an amazing emergency fix and then quickly did the rest of the job perfectly, cheaper than we expected. This is the second rescue he's done for us.
He's my go-to plumber from now on.
