Everyone I have dealt with at 3 Mountain Plumbing has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Starting with Jeff, who came out to do the initial inspection to see what was going on (and was incredibly thorough) and then followed up by Chris, who came out and spent a lot of time researching what was going on and trying to give me options (very patiently and kindly) on how to solve our big plumbing issue. They even referred me someone to fix the flooring that was going to get damaged in order to be able to repair the plumbing issue who also did an amazing job. Last off were the The gentleman who did the plumbing g work, Jason and his crew. They did an amazing job In a timely fashion. They also clearly explained to me the work that had been done and what the next steps will be. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation as painless as possible – we truly appreciate it and will recommend 3 Mountains to other people.

I had a water heater go out unexpectedly and called Sutherland at the suggestion of a colleague. Ti called me back within a few hours (even though I was told I'd have to wait till the next day) and was at the house the next morning. He and his partner worked all day to get my old heater removed, the abysmal plumbing done by the previous contractor taken out and replaced, and everything reinstalled and up to code and looking good. When I went down there the next day in the daylight to lock up I found they even cleaned all the leaves and debris off my lower deck on their own initiative. I know who to call for my next plumbing job.

The access control systems team showed up for us promptly when we needed them most. smith and the team were knowledgeable and eager to get our gates working and getting us back in business. Thank you!

Had to arrange to have the main water line replaced. Fast service within budget.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

My sump pump went out and Mr Rooter Plumbing got their team out quickly. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Just in time before a big rain storm. I inquired about adding an alarm should the pump fail in the future and they researched what was available and provided a reasonable quote. The next day that was installed and now I have peace of mind for years to come!

We called on a Monday evening at about 530pm and got a call same day about 2 hours later and they were able to come out the next morning. They were very professional, courteous, informative and were done in about 45 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about this company I would use them again and refer them to anyone that needed this type of service.

When the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour. I’d think that any after-hours plumber would be in a bad mood and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn’t stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn’t shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. CCP&D is a win-win choice.

My hot water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon, and I called a few plumbers who were unable to help me right away. Since I have a baby it was necessary for me to have this repaired ASAP. Mr Rooter of Portland informed me that there was an emergency opening and they were at my place within the hour.

The man they sent was so kind and professional. They needed a special permission to install the water heater since I live in a townhouse, but they were able to make it happen the following day.

Again, they were VERY friendly, professional, and did quality work. I’d recommend this business to anyone!

It's never a good feeling when you look out in your garage, and find a growing pool of water!Called Apollo first thing in the morning and they found a way to fit us into their completely booked schedule, prioritizing us since they knew we were without water in the house. Zach Hartman came out and fixed up the problem for us, getting us back up and running. He was super professional, super friendly, and knew exactly what needed to be fixed.Very grateful for the quick and professional service!Thank you very much!

My initial reason for calling a plumber was a faucet replacement, but Treven had no problem with my laundry list of additional issues while he was here. He was patient answering all my questions about our aging plumbing. I had to decide how extensively he should address the older plumbing lines connecting to the sink and he gave me enough info that I felt comfortable leaving that part until a future repipe of the house. In short, he didn't insist I replace something now that will be replaced when we repipe the house in the near future. I also didn't anticipate that I could get a discount on the faucet I wanted through s specific provider until I spoke with the gal in the office to set up the appointment. Perhaps that's something most plumbers offer, but I didn't expect it and it really saved money!

First time a plumber came out, he said I needed additional services. Second time, the plumber said he needed additional help and I needed additional services that would take two people all day.
Third time, they did indeed take all day, with one plumber being hours late.
After that, I had a strange smell coming from my crawlspace. I called in, and the person who answered said that something had probably died down there and that I should check my crawlspace.
I called a different plumbing company, whose rep found that 4-5 rubber gloves had been forcibly inserted into my pipes by Happy's plumbers.
I've emailed Happy's twice, and my warranty company has called them once with no response. Figured I should inform the public, since I've given them since October to respond.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
