Esli was great! Our toilet wasn't flushing last night. This morning we called at 7am by 9am Esli arrived. Not only did he fix it but he was informative of how to prevent future issues. He was kind, knowledge and courteous. Our toilet was working again within 10 minutes. Highly recommend for plumbing issues!

Nothing but good things to say. The original work was done in a timely manner and done well. They came out to CCTV the line quickly and got us scheduled for a few weeks out. Work was completed on time. Communication was great. Everything was perfect. Then my neighbor had issues on our shared lateral and I called David to ask if my repair could have impacted their connection. He came right out on his anniversary (Happy Anniversary!) and checked the line, ensuring he didn't cause the damage, and even helped my neighbors diagnose where their issue was. He came right out and said these are the things that would keep me up at night, I just had to be sure it wasn't something I did. Awesome service and he truly cares about his business and customers. Not always easy to find. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking.

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

Water line from curb meter to house started leaking due to Doug fir tree root expansion. Occurred on a Saturday when few plumbing establishments have staff working outside normal business hours. Called numerous companies and Mr Rooter Plumbing of PDX was only company that had technician in area. He arrived, assessed situation, gave rough quote to repair, checked available supplies in his service truck, and then began work. Designed and implemented a solution that will keep tree root from compromising water line for many years to come. Tested his solution and cleaned up site, payment was made and off he went to next customer. Not least expensive but you get what you pay for.

We needed an emergency water-heater replacement, and after reading the positive reviews for Pacific Crest Plumbing, called Nick and scheduled a same-day appointment. He and his assistant were able to replace our broken water-heater that afternoon, with no up-selling, fuss or trouble. His price was fair, their work was very professional and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. After a very bad experience with a big name local plumber, it was so refreshing to meet a craftsman who cared about the quality of his workmanship. We will most certainly call Nick again.

I called Scott got the first time, and he was at my house a couple of hours later. Fixed my sink, charged me a fair price, would use again!

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

Installer Dave, first wasn’t able to get the water valve turned off, ok cool, called water company, they said they would send someone. Dave didn’t try very hard cause all I had to do was spray WD-40 on the valve. 30 mins later two calls to the water company Dave unpacks his tools again and begins installation. Wedged a pipe between the wall and water heater. PDX city inspector comes out and says that’s a no no. 2nd visit FWH (Dave & helper) comes doesn’t have any information as to why he’s there, 40 mins of explaining what the inspector wants, he again squeezed blocks between the wall and water heater, PDX inspector says it’s the same proofs the pipe. Blocks need to be secured to wall, which I explained to Dave the first 30 mins. Tried to get them to resolve, but it took forever and we have renters moving in, contacted HandyMoms to correct issue. Don’t waste your time with this company, the 599$ installation wasn’t worth the agony of dealing w an incompetent company. Cost me more money !

I called Einstein plumbing to fix a leak in my main water line. I found the leak myself 12 inches from the meter. I have pvc for my main line and needed a simple fix to repair it. PAID 35 dollars for and estimate. He gave me a estimate for a total line replacement of over 5000 dollars. Never did receive one for a simple repair of my main line. All they had to do was remove the bad joint( where the pvc meets copper). So instead of fixing my leak in a hour or two, they want me to replace the whole line for 5000 dollars and wait over a week without water !!! I called a different plumbing company and they said it would be an easy fix, and I won’t have to wait for over a week to get my water running. Einstein should at least give me back my 35 dollars as how they NEVER did give me an estimate for the simple repair ! Beware !
