Jon is indeed an expert in detecting clogged section of the drainage system and explained clearly to us what he detected. He had his cable camera go a long way in the drainage until the cable reached its limit. It was a rainy day; he went with us in heavy rain to our neighbor's house to get permission to get into their property to continue his work. Because we could not be reached the neighbor, the detection had to be done on another day, Jon made sure the problem could be solved thoroughly. Because of him, his company 3 Mountains Plumbing has earned our trust and appreciation.

We randomly had our sewer back up. We called out a competitor to clear the blockage (we wish we had known about sewer renewal specialists right off the bat). They told us we had a tree root grow through our sewer line. They quoted us an astronomical price to repair the line. We decided to get another quote and luckily our friends recommended sewer renewal specialists. They were excellent to deal with from first contact. Excellent and prompt communication. Gave us great advice and was able to repair our sewer line quickly. We cannot recommend sewer renewal specialist highly enough. Hopefully we don’t have another sewer line issue but if we do Sewer Renewal will be our first and final call.

My house is currently on the market so I was in a bit of a panic when I noticed a sewage smell. My handyman pulled the toilet thinking it was just a simple wax ring swap out but the lead pipe under the toilet had deteriorated significantly. I called Nichols Plumbing and left a message first thing the following morning. Bob called me back and arranged his schedule to be able to come out today and assess the situation. He not only came out, he conquered! He and Josh were able to cut through the sheetrock in the basement to access the pipe, replace it and cover the hole with an access plate! They were tidy, efficient, followed COVID precautions, used quality materials, fairly priced and saved the day! I am so appreciative of such wonderful service. These guys are the best!

new diverter was put in the tub faucet.. thorough and professionally done but $507 seems a bit pricey for a 30 minute call and repair service.

Sean came over promptly to fix the problem with my garbage disposal. Not only that, but he told me what I could do myself if it happens again. He was tidy, polite and nice to my dogs. The bill was very low. I am a happy camper.

The BEST!!! Our water main broke on a busy Friday afternoon so we frantically called anyone we could find to get to us right away. That turned out to be a disaster! Once they turned the water off and left we were able to calm down & gather our thoughts We started to look at other options and RATINGS. Nick wasted no time and came out to assess the situation first thing the next morning (Sat). He was so friendly, polite, and understood our situation perfectly. He really is such a great guy and very professional. He had the situation under control and completely taken care of within just a few days. His timing, professionalism, and care were so far above what we expected. I just cannot recommend Pacific Crest enough!

Scott removed our old utility sink and installed a new one, correcting the hot and cold water connections, and reinstalling the faucet which was still serviceable. He ran into a couple of glitches but kept within his estimate range. Kind and thoughtful in the process. We consider him our plumber now and refer anyone who asks!

My kitchen drain had a hole in it and leaked into my basement ceiling. It was hard to find any plumber that would come out in the next couple days because they all seemed to be booked until after the 30th. THANKFULLY I found Paul's Plumbing online and made a call! Paul was super nice and was able to have someone come out the next day! I feel terrible cause I forgot the guy's name but he was SUPER nice and did an amazing job!!!! He informed me on everything that needed to be done and if he had to leave to get more parts. I love the work Paul's team did and will definitely use them again! They had great prices too!!!!

I maintain a tower in downtown Portland. I heard the residents talking about how good these guys are. I had no idea if they did commercial buildings.so I thought I would give them a shot. I had a problem with a whole floor getting nothing but hot water. So I called and was told a time that day. The tech showed up. Real nice guy name Wayne. We went in to the units. Checked them out. Then he went in to our boiler room. He fixed some things. And took care of the problem in a hour. Then I called them again for a leak. He found it. And it was hard to find one. A pin hole leak behind the Sheetrock in between floors. Rather than turning the water off to the whole building. Because of some frozen valves. The team check the blue prints and found a work around. By the way this was during the freeze. We couldn’t even get the garbage picked up. So I’m kinda a fan. And the residents we amazed. It’s so refreshing to get a contractor you can trust and know it’s going to be done right.

Excellent service. The technician explained the problem and had it fixed in a timely fashion. Will definitely use them again when the need arises. Recommend them highly.

Beware of the pricing. These guys are the contractor that home depot uses and they take advantage of home depot credibility. They ripped me off and charged me much more money than their first quote and also compared to other providers. I only trusted them because of Home Depot. They also told me I can return the water heater at the installation time and even gave me a form to sign, but later when I called them they denied having such thing. Do your research and don't select them just because of Home Depot.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.
