I had 3 companies bid relining of my sewer drain pipe. Some companies charged for scoping and estimating the work. Sewer renewal specialists did not charge to scope the pipe even without any specific issues.

Sewer Renewal Specialists was the only one that quoted the full length of the pipe to the sewer main under the street. The other 2 companies assured me (incorrectly) that my responsibility ended at the curb.

Although the work didn't need to be done right away it was a relief to take care of the issues before it became an emergency.

They under-promised and over delivered. I was told the work would take about 8 hours. It was done in just over 5 hours.

William and Taylor were friendly, informative, and communicated progress regularly during the work.

Very effective use of emails and text notifications to track arrival of their staff. Very efficient and effective work. Shout out to Tyrone for the great work he did fixing two toilets.

You will be amazed by how many people just ignore basic stuff with the septic system. I was amazed even more because I was one of them. No one discussed how to maintain my system until it needed to be cleaned up. River City was good about making the time and teaching me what I needed to know.

My technician Jared , was prompt, professional, had great communication skills, and did an exemplary job of explaining how my pipes worked, what the suggested solution would be, was up front about the price of snaking the drain. When the clog was able to simply resolve itself by running hot water through several sinks and the tub at the same time without requiring a snake, he didn’t charge me….this is why I always use Rotor Rooter…I have used them three times in 20 years…they always send professional people who are prompt, get the job done, with no surprise bill.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I don't use anyone else. They're good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies he'd need so he wouldn't have to crawl in and out multiple times.

Once again Bob saved the day. A few years ago we had Bob put in new water hoses, a hot water heater and outside hose bibs. He gave us a great bid, did the work professionally and was amazingly punctual. And now after dropping one of our house keys in the drain he fished it out so quickly and without any need to redo all of the drain/pedestal etc that i was in awe! He really is a great plumber. Now we have him looking at our back yard to consult on a french drain system or something like that for water abatement. We will always keep his number handy for the next plumbing need.

Both bathroom sinks completely clogged. Scotty came in, assessed the situation and cleared both sinks.

Called Paul's Plumbing at the recommendation of our realtor. We had several cracked (cast iron drain) pipes under our house and we were in the middle of trying to sell our house so we were on a short time schedule! Josh called back right away, came out to look at the problem for no extra charge, and came out the next day to make the repairs. I was really worried about the cost because we've spent so much already on repairs to get the house up for sale. Josh took this into account and brought a helper along on the day of the repairs to keep the number of hours they needed (for the repairs) to a minimum. The price was really reasonable and the repairs are really well done! Josh found another issue while under the house but still kept the hours to the amount he'd already quoted us. I would absolutely use this company again.

Easy to deal with, even during the shutdown times. Good prices. I had a best effort furnace quote during the plague. When they came on site, they noted the furnace didn’t need to be as big as quoted, installed smaller, I paid less and it works great. Only issues I’ve had with them were of the times: lockdown delays with inspections, supply chain delays, etc aka not their fault and they did their best to work around and accommodate to help things go as smooth as they could.

I have requested my own scope creep a few times talking with them ie, oh, you can do that? Every time there was a clear estimate provided and agreed to before doing the extra work and it was at my request, not them selling me on extras.

I would and have used them again.
