Everyone I have dealt with at 3 Mountain Plumbing has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Starting with Jeff, who came out to do the initial inspection to see what was going on (and was incredibly thorough) and then followed up by Chris, who came out and spent a lot of time researching what was going on and trying to give me options (very patiently and kindly) on how to solve our big plumbing issue. They even referred me someone to fix the flooring that was going to get damaged in order to be able to repair the plumbing issue who also did an amazing job. Last off were the The gentleman who did the plumbing g work, Jason and his crew. They did an amazing job In a timely fashion. They also clearly explained to me the work that had been done and what the next steps will be. Thank you so much!!! We discovered that our 2-inch kitchen/laundry drain pipes were fairly rotted after water started backing up and we got a scope. The pipes were so rotted that traditional repair of the worst sections didn't work, since every time they were touched they crumbled. To make matters worse, the pipes were in a concrete slab and ran both under our brand new bathroom, but also under asbestos tile that we didn't not want to cut/disturb. Sewer Renewal Specialists was the only company who would coat a 2-inch drain line in place and they did fabulous work from start to finish. The person who came out to do the bid (sorry...I forget his name) was super reassuring and professional, and Taylor, who did the actual coating, was fabulous all-around. Prompt, hard-working, and wonderful. Thank you!!!

Had River City look at septic. Pleasant, professional fellow Ricardo. Most septic tank uncovered. Dug 10 minutes, found lid, level in tank very low. No need to pump. Will charge service call he said. Was there an hour. Bill comes, show 2.5 hours.for digging. $ 245. Wow. I have called twice and talked to folks. Waiting for supervisor to call me back. I e-mailed a few weeks back. no response. They seem busy and unhappy. Last person said she was going to swear at me. Why? Because their reason for bill is fiction.Have not paid, hope to get resolved. Be careful.

We are a general contractor who has worked with Pipeline for the past 9 years on numerous projects. They have also worked on our personal home during several remodels. They are always professional, easy to work with and have great problem solving skills. The field crew are always timely and well presented. Made an appointment a week ahead of time . The technician didn't arrive as scheduled and I never got a call. When I called to follow up they told me they might not even be able to get to me that day. The manager was not interested in helping me address this. Haven't encountered this level of service in the last 20 years.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Shane and Mike have been to my house twice now. The first time we had a slow drain for the laundry and kitchen that was backing up into a basement floor drain. They took care of it quickly and also sorted out a bathroom sink that was slow. They were quick to come out and the cost was very reasonable.

The second time we had a shower drain that had stopped completely. Shane came out to fix it and couldn't get the clean out open. Not surprising since the plumbing is over 70 years old. He removed a large section of drain pipe that was too small to begin with and replaced it with the correct size all the way to the main drain pipe. They did and excellent job and I would happily use them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors and friends.

As the owner of a reputable design /build firm here in Portland, we only work with the best trades and Craig Anderson Plumbing is certainly one of them. Craig always has a smile on his face, is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. His employees are respectful, hardworking and are true professionals--a pleasure to have on our projects. Fantastic service. Had a shower with a broken valve. They showed up exactly when they said they would and had the entire thing repaired in less than 30 minutes. Will use again!

Very timely. Next day diagnostic and water heater replaced 2 days later. Never had to ask where the plumber was, never had to question the service quality, never had to fear being overcharged. One of the best service appointments ever for a major household item. Excellent!
