Best Install Tankless Water Heater in Portland OR

If you want to hire Joe, don't make the mistake I did of calling him to ask him how long he's been installing hot water heaters before you hire him. He will take offense, accuse you of being control seeking and interrogating him and tell you you should have done your homework on his website.

Just communicate by text and maybe you will be okay. I come from a family of contractors and have never encountered this in 35 years of working with contractors on rental properties. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

The 3 Mountains team was excellent, starting with Jeff, who creatively solved a complex issue for a retrofit job and prepared an estimate for numerous plumbing tasks. The on-site team led by John, and with Eric and Skyler, worked hard, communicated with us often, checked with us before making any decisions to resolve issues that arose (in a 70-year old house), did excellent work, and cleaned up after the work. We highly recommend the 3 Mountains Plumbing crew.

This business does good work. However, communication could use improvement. On this particular job, they arrived 2 hours before the agreed on time, and were gone before I was there. And they spelled my name wrong, even tho we have exchanged emails. Am I picky?

I had a storm drain badly clogged with construction debris. I had another plumber (different company) out the day I discovered the clog who tried futilely to snake it but he only pulled out mud. The plumber told me he thought the line was broken. Ugh. And then he collected $300 leaving me with a clogged drain. The next day Apollo came out. Eric ran a hydrojet in the drain for a few minutes but still only brought up mud. Instead of walking away from the job he decided to try clearing a nearby downspout drain and *boom* the line cleared. The storm drain was actually making a sucking noise. So, thanks Eric for saving me a headache and unnecessary work and quickly solving my problem! Next time I'll call Apollo first.

I called and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. They came and fixed everything within 2 hours! I am so happy to have a working tub and sink again.

The guy showed up when he said he would. He swapped out my old heater for a new one with a few updates! Loved his attitude, very kind, and informative.

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
