Our water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement in a timely fashion. We reached out to three different plumbers for quotes and Joe provided the best combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and price certainty. We sent him a few pictures of our setup, and he provided an all in price in minutes. Others only provided starting at estimates, while informing us that the costs could go up depending on what was found when they arrived.

At 3 pm, we informed Joe of our decision to move forward with his services. By 5 pm, he and his colleague (Dallas) were at our door and ready to get started. A little over 2 hours later, Joe and Dallas had removed the old unit, installed the new one, and completed the plumbing upgrades which were required to bring our substandard configuration up to code. Joe and Dallas were both extremely friendly, professional, and top-notch craftsman.

If you want an outstanding plumber to replace your water heater at a great price, stop looking...Joe's your guy!

Our water main broke and we had a tech come out. The cheapest option for a repair was $1854.00. We were desperate and asked for the repair. We stopped the work after realizing we were being over charged. They installed a hose to temporarily provide water and did some digging at the water meter and capped off the broken line. The tech told me he would need payment for the work performed that day. He charged us the full amount for the repairs that were not completed. Another company ended up replacing the whole line and we were supposed to be refunded for the difference in the work quoted and work performed. 2 weeks later several calls and promises that we would be refunded. Nothing!!! Horrible customer service and disappointing experience. Would not use them ever again. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else.

When we were selling our house, the home inspection revealed a sewer line belly that required our sewer line to be dug up and replaced. Sewer Renewal Specialists came in lower than any of the other companies and they were able to meet our tight timelines. Everything from the initial conversation, to the quote, to doing the actual work, to the final billing was streamlined and professional.

Exceptional work was done to a main water leak. Not only did the tech(s) know where to look but advised of other companies to come and better locate exact location of a major leak. And they went out of their way (I mean going to another outfit) to get the right parts and have them assembled properly based on our water line (older home).
The integrity and professionalism of these fine young men (techs) and the very nice ladies at the office tells me that this company has high standards in quality service and respect for their customers. I will be a returning customer in the future.

This was the second time that I have used GBM. I was so impressed by the first contact that I did not hesitate to call for a tune up of my AC. The service was great. Bill Imholt was my technician, and he was terrific. He examined the equipment, presented the facts in clear language, and then made the necessary adjustments. A small leak was found, and once fixed, the performance of the AC has been much improved. My experience with GBM has been terrific, and if I could, I'd give them six stars!

Mike was courteous and very helpful explaining how to fix the issue with our disposal ourselves, if the same situation occurred again. Mike is very honest and informative. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.
