Our water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement in a timely fashion. We reached out to three different plumbers for quotes and Joe provided the best combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and price certainty. We sent him a few pictures of our setup, and he provided an all in price in minutes. Others only provided starting at estimates, while informing us that the costs could go up depending on what was found when they arrived.

At 3 pm, we informed Joe of our decision to move forward with his services. By 5 pm, he and his colleague (Dallas) were at our door and ready to get started. A little over 2 hours later, Joe and Dallas had removed the old unit, installed the new one, and completed the plumbing upgrades which were required to bring our substandard configuration up to code. Joe and Dallas were both extremely friendly, professional, and top-notch craftsman.

Well, the gentleman whom arrived to give me an estimate to repair sewer line with tree roots growing through it said he was the clean out hound. If I had one he’d find it and he did! This means, one does not need to be added. So, Mr. Rooter saved me before the project even began.I appreciate his hard work and dedication.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Just had Nick out to our new house. We've used him in the past at out other house and have always been more than satisfied. Nick has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to chat to while he does his thing. As he was fixing the leak on my hot water tap, he even took the time to show me what he was doing so I could do the cold water tap myself when it eventually needs the same job. I highly recommend Mike with Park Place Plumbing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly while replacing the old galvanized pipes in my home and installing a new water heater. He was patient during the scoping process as we determined the best placement and style of the new water heater, and we’ve been very happy with all of the results!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
