Abe was our technician today! He was kind, professional and all around awesome! He ran the snake through the drain a few times to make sure it was clean, then made sure it drained properly and the job was done! I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter for all your drain needs!

Phenomenal customer service. I called them today because of a leak I had on the water valve for the entire house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered but I wish I had. He got the standard info, year of the house, location of valve, etc. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. He proceeded to talk me through a few steps to see if we could get it to stop leaking, as it was very tiny and not just spewing out of the valve. Sure enough I followed the steps he talked me through and got it to stop leaking. I will only call Diligent if I need future plumbing work.

Mr Rooter came the next day after a disposal breakdown the evening before. I also decided to go ahead and change out my kitchen faucet. Plumber Rick communicates very well and installed the right disposal for my household. He also had a very nice Delta faucet in his truck. Problems solved. Very nice to work with!

First of all, I want to thank Johnny for being a straight up AWESOME human being! Long story short, the higher-up's at work told me to cancel the plumber which I totally forgot to do. When he showed up and I explained the situation he offered to just come in and take a look at it anyway, instructed me what to do, and said if I had any questions to call him. This place is awesome-not to mention when the higher-up's were trying to find a plumber in the first place, they just couldn't find one who had the 'know how' for my unique situation. I looked myself, on my lunch, found these guys in 5 minutes, and BOOM! Problem solved! Highly reccomended!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.

Thank you Paul and Josh for coming so quickly to install the water line for my new fridge. I can not thank you enough for identifying the rotton pipe and fixing things to the way they ahould be! I have always felt comfortable and confident in the work that you have done for me over the years and appreciate your honesty and integrity! Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
