My drain guy, Evan was fantastic. He was helpful and professional. I would call on him again. I’m so happy to have a clog free drain!Ryan and his camera found some problems with tree roots and the sewer. A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Our technician Adam, was on time, professional, friendly and able to trouble shoot the problem quickly. We are so grateful for this help. Having a plumbing crisis on a Friday night was the last thing we wanted to have to deal with. He made the situation so much easier and less stressful. Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. After calling roughly 20 businesses to schedule emergency service, only to be told it was at least 3 weeks before someone could get out, we were able to schedule the next day with Apollo Drain & Rooter Service. Not only did we get get quick turn around, they arrived earlier (with a prior phone call) and performed the work quickly. I cannot thank them enough for getting us through the heat and getting our system back and working properly. We will need to replace our AC unit in the fall and they have earned our trust and business.

I had a water line burst And called this company for service. I was told I would have a plumber at my house between 10 and 4 the next day. I waited and waited and I finally called them to find out where the plumber was. I was told that somebody would call me back. When the person call me back he informed me they did not have a plumber to send out at all ever and he was really sorry but that's just the way that it was. Very unprofessional. Didn't care at all that he left me totally in the lurch and that I had to start over trying to find somebody to fix my problem. I wouldn't use this company if they were the last plumber on Earth.

This is the second time I have contacted Meticulous Plumbing. The first was to repair a pipe that went from the garage to the outside faucet. Dave did a great job. He was timely and professional. The second time was for a backed up pipe by the washing machine. I made the appointment, but when Meticulous Plumbing had a cancellation they called and asked if I would like the earlier time. I was delighted, and agreed to the new appointment. Once again, Dave did an excellent job, fixing the problem in a short time, in a professional, courteous and yet personable manner. Meticulous Plumbing has my confidence and my repeat business. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to contact them for plumbing repairs.

Beau Vincelli replaced critical parts of a Toto toilet for us. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and competent with all work done. He was also considerate enough to fit our project into a waitlist window (important for toilet repairs). Beau was personable and courteous through the whole process as well. Kent arrived on time to assess a bathroom pipe that may need fixing per my flooring contractor. Kent did a great job! Would recommend!

Josh was very professional and pleasant and was good at explaining what he was doing. He actually extracted a dead rat from the drain line that was the cause of our blocked kitchen drain!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
