Extremely knowledgeable staff, they were on time, talked me through the process, provided quotes on the spot and got the work done in a timely manner. Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving and answered questions.

Very open and honest. Knowledgeable and explains systems on customer level. Would recommend this company for a simple clog to an overhaul of sewer lines. Love this company and so glad we found/used them so we know who to call with any future needs.

We had 2 unrelated plumbing issues this last month and Sean with Sutherland Plumbing came to fix them! First of all, during this time of Covid-19, we was super impressed with the measures he was taking (mask, gloves, foot coverings, and giving lots of social distance when updating us). It put me at ease when I was nervous to have someone come to the house! The work he did was top notch, very professional, very thorough, and cleaned up after the job really well. GREAT JOB! We had a complicated plumbing situation and had to have a new sewer pump and tank. They were not able to complete the job the same day, but they did the following day and everything works PERFECTLY! Everything was neat and tidy, We could not be happier!

Vitaliy is very professional. As well as being very nice and respectful. He does a great job with top of the line products. He replaced my water heater last spring, and a toilet today. I trust him in my home. My dog never barks at him, and she barks at everyone 😊

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and finished the work in a reasonable time. He gave me a price up front and told me what he was going to do. (Competitor gave me shockingly-high hourly rates and only an estimate of how long he would work on it.) Problem solved, and the cost was probably less than half what the competitor would have charged.

I recently purchased a new home. The last owner was a cancer survivor and had unknowingly burst the pipe in the master shower from the copious amounts of hair that had accumulated in such a short amount of time. Steve was able to clear it out quickly and with no problem, even though he said it was the most amount of hair he'd ever seen in his career. He was friendly and worked quickly and I would recommend him to anyone who is having drain issues.

We were assigned this company through our Fidelity home warranty. They came out twice. Once to assess, and the next time to replace the water heater. We had a great experience. The admin staff was always quick to respond to my call and communicated very well. The plumber came on time, and did a good job with the installation. not sure what all the negative reviews are about, that just wasn't my experience. Would use them again.
