Found a pipe that had been leaking into our wall on New Years Eve (horrible time to schedule work). Called 15+ services and 3 Mountains was not only quick to get someone out, but also the only ones capable of doing work before February.David is awesome - had a huge job to do and stayed late (like 6hrs over) to make sure we didn’t go without water. We also found a gas leak while he was here and he took time to address that. Work he did was solid and I’d 100% recommend him / 3 Mountains.

Complete sewer line replacement all the way out into the street. Work was completed and inspected in less than a day. I was given updates and photos of the work as it progressed. The crew was polite and professional.

Fantastic overall service! Cameron was the best plumber we have ever had work in our home. He identified and explained the problem, then repaired the leak we have been battling for several months. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, ensured I understood, was extremely professional, and was very careful in our home. He deserves an A+++ for his knowledge, great communication skills, terrific work ethic, and professionalism.

This is the second time that Chris has come to our plumbing rescue. Hopefully we won't need a third visit, but we hope we get Chris!

My septic system seemed to be failing. I had large puddles of water that smelled bad where my drain field was located. I made a call to River City. They were able to come out quickly and assess the problem. Part of my drain field collapsed. It took a few days, but they were able to fix it. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the quality of work.

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Big thanks to Carson at Roto-Rooter who did an impeccable job getting my clogged bathroom sink back in order. Carson was professional, thorough, keeping a tidy work space, and being very diligent about taking great care in my home. Carson even took the time to share some ways for me to prevent the issue from recurring. Vitaliy located the leak and then provided several options for fixing it. He was very responsive and good at communicating with me. He arrived when he said he would and had us fixed within the hour.

I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

Tech Tim brown was fast friendly and professional. Unground rain drain was clogged. had me fixed and ready for winter in an hour.

I was extremely pleased with the service Steve provided. He managed to clear out years of buildup (shingle gravel, dirt, small roots, and other things) from inside the rain drains and pipes. He was on time, friendly, reasonably priced, and thorough.

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
