Jason did a great job. He was informative, professional and personable. This company seems fair in price and I will also be using them to install a new water heater. I’m very happy with the service.

Had a great experience with them. They did a cure in place pipe treatment on our house we just purchased. The service techs Taylor (props to him for having been a fellow ubc 1503 member) and William did a great job and were done quickly and Joe came the next day to work with the city inspector. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They were comparable in price to other companies that only do invasive pipe replacement. Their warranty was exponentially better than all the other companies.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

River City has been one of my preferred vendors for over 6 years. They have worked on my communities in Washington & Oregon. They are knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. I rely on them to give me recommendations on appropriate maintenance services and they are honest when it is not needed. :)

Terry and wife Jamie have been my go-to plumbing emergency and non-emergency team for ~5 years now, and they have been absolutely outstanding for everything from a semi-emergency bathroom sink leak to a planned ADU construction. It's a shame that Terry Massey Plumbing isn't available in Terry Massey Everything Else, but at least we got the plumbing option.

Mario @ Smittys Sewer Repair replaced part of my sewer line, and then ran CIPP through the rest of the sewer line. They made sure the tree roots were gone before they continued their work. The men on the crew were efficient, friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they did the work. They were usually early each morning. Plus they advised me at each step of the way what they were doing and when they would be doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

Ryan HL2049 was extremely helpful when I moved into my new home and had to call him twice in a week and half. He not only gave me good advice but was able to get the problem solved and gave me some solutions to make sure it did not happen again. I appreciated his professionalism and kind demeanor!

Vitaliy located the leak and then provided several options for fixing it. He was very responsive and good at communicating with me. He arrived when he said he would and had us fixed within the hour.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

My experience with Mr. Rooter was great. I called around 8:30 am on Saturday morning and our tech Alex Vargas was at our house in less than hour. We couldn’t have had a better tech. He had great customer service, very knowledgeable and just a really great friendly guy. He literally unclogged our toilet in a minute and power washed our kitchen pipe In Just a few minutes. We were very pleased with his work and would refer your company and Alex to anyone!! Thank you for your work!

Outstanding service, work and price!

I see that this company has had some less than positive reviews, so I wanted to be sure to tell about my experience with them. They came out as a result of a service call I placed through my home warranty company. I will admit that when I saw the reviews online I was skeptical. However, I am happy to say that my experience was nothing like others have posted. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. At first he thought he'd have to complete my job at a later time due to needing to order some parts. But he called about an hour later, saying he found what he needed, and could come back the same day and fix the problem. He came back as stated and did the repair quickly. Both times he came to my home he wore a mask, was very nice, and listened politely to all my concerns. I have no complaints about the company at all.
