I had 3 separate items that needed attention. While I was very happy with the nice men who came and looked at the problems, their answers were super expensive! One problem was a gasket in the toilet. They explained how they only like another brand of toilet and if I wanted them to replace the whole toilet They could do that. The price seemed 3 or 4xs more than going to get my own. I did get the gasket # from them and ordered it from Amazon for 6$! I installed it myself! I'm frustrated that they didn't even offer that as a fix. They would have had a life long customer if they were looking out for me, instead of trying to make a small job into a big ticket item.

I’ve had great luck with Bruner. Friendly, prompt, and quality work. Appreciate Justin and how he explains the work in common terms and how he outlines what to be on the lookout for. These folks are definitely my primary plumbing provider.

Abe worked on clearing the drain for our tub until it got finished. A professional job.

Nick did an incredible job replacing our kitchen faucet and repairing the washing machine drain line on our old home with quirky plumbing. He worked quickly, pointed out some very helpful things to keep track of in the future, and was mindful of our budget.

Mike was great, he showed up right when he said he would, which was within a few hours of calling him. He even adjusted his bid down when we realized that the existing plumbing inside my wall was not going to work with the original repair plan we had intended. His truck is stocked to work with everything from high end professional plumbing to rushed amateur outdated Home Depot supplies. I prefer to do things myself but it’s definitely worth it to call Mike for the amount of time and effort I saved.

Drew was great! He explained everything and made it easy to repair pipes in that area again if needed. I would recommend working with Drew.

These guys no called no showed on me twice over the course of a week and offered to reschedule a week later. Seriously? Not to mention the terrible bind they left me in. Very unprofessional.

Too expensive. $198 to light a pilot. Time to light… about one minute. On the plus side it was same day service.
