Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

Had some serious sewage backup into bathrooms and kitchen! Aaron came in on a Saturday and identified the problem, got to work and saved the day, all while being courteous and professional. Even did a few extra checks to make sure we were good to go elsewhere too. Great work!

All issues we had on our list were assessed, explanations that finally made clear sense ( that other contractors were unable to explain or fix or do correctly) and we know exactly what needs to be repaired (done!) And what can stay as is without consequence.
Shawn was here today, and both Tim and Shawn have assisted us in the past. This is our plumber we use and recommend - knowledge and honest pricing.

These guys are the only plumbers I would ever consider calling. They have installed a tank hot water heater, a tankless hot water heater, and they repaired my water main. Every single time, they were on time, they did the job well, and they honored their estimate. They back up their work and they mean it. They’ve even come by to check up on the work to make sure that it’s still quality. Who does that anymore? They are the effing best.

Called this morning after being referred by the local company Anctil Plumbing. We had water from upstairs emptying into the downstairs toilet! Luckily they were able to come out same day. We were so happy when our technician Dishawn came out and fixed everything in less than an hour by clearing our main pipe. Everything is back to normal! So helpful, reasonable prices and saved us money by letting us know additional services weren't needed at this time. Awesome. We would definitely call again if the need arose.
