He thoroughly explained the repair he recommended and why it was needed. He left me with an FREE estimate and no pressure.Today, Charles completed the whole project (replacing old concrete sink, installing new faucet, redirected pipes, etc) in less than four hours AND prices are not inflated for weekend work!!
