Abe was super thorough, nice, and considerate through the whole process. He came earlier than expected (which is great and appreciated) and was quick with the process. Would definitely use and request him again if we run into any plumbing issues again.

Phenomenal customer service. I called them today because of a leak I had on the water valve for the entire house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered but I wish I had. He got the standard info, year of the house, location of valve, etc. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. He proceeded to talk me through a few steps to see if we could get it to stop leaking, as it was very tiny and not just spewing out of the valve. Sure enough I followed the steps he talked me through and got it to stop leaking. I will only call Diligent if I need future plumbing work.

David was very responsive and professional. Our water heater had a leak from the top and we were unable to completely shut off the main water line. David helped us shut off the main water line and installed a brand new water heater for us within the same day. Thankful for his quick response and answering all questions we have. He's very knowledgeable and I would definitely go to David again for any future plumbing issues.

We called them for an estimate, and had them repair while on-site. These were 2 of the nicest guys I've met in a long time, and they got the job done with 0 hassle, for a competitive price.

Terrific Work, at a very reasonable price! Definitely my new plumber! I had a major faucet leak in my shower that I couldn't get any help with for three days, and the soonest anyone would come out was three days from today.
-This morning I called Panda Plumbing, spoke with Jeremy, and he came out and fixed my problem within about an hour after our initial conversation. He did fantastic work, at a great rate, and also showed me what the issue was, and how to fix it myself if the problem arises again!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had working with a service provider. Best customer service, kept me up to speed on what was happening with each part of the service. We had to install a new water heater and a new pipe from the street to the house. They were clean, efficient, timely and outstanding communication.
