The first company we called about our sewer issues charged us to assess the problem and told us we had very extensive issues that would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Thankfully we got a second opinion with Sewer Renewal Specialists. We had a great experience with their team from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job assessing our somewhat complex and perplexing issue and was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He came up with a solution that cost less than a quarter of what the first company quoted. The office staff were very responsive and even worked with us to reschedule the job when we had a conflict. The whole team worked hard and did a great job communicating with us - and I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. I can’t provide a positive review due to the astronomical price (over $400) to clear a drain pipe. Unfortunately, I was in a situation where I needed to provide relief for a tenant. I will not be using their service again as my belief is they’re gouging customers. This wasn’t even a same day, emergency service. I waited almost two weeks from the time I scheduled the appointment to have the drain clog addressed.

We had a great experience with Diligent Plumbing. We had a small leak in our water heater that needed to be addressed. Vitality came out 2 days later (he assesed how quickly he needed to come based on our description of the issue over the phone) and was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new water heater. He walked us through all 4 options, plus the expansion tank option and the add ons. We got a quote for the work and a date they could come back. They ended up having an opening sooner and reaching out to bump us up in the schedule. They replaced the water heater for the price they quoted and walk us through how check things in the future. The space was left clean and tidy. He was respectful of our home and space, cleaned up when he left. Highly recommend. He did quality work for a fair price. Hopefully we dont need a plumber again anytime soon but if we do, we are calling the.

As everyone knows, there are a lot of places where they overcharge and the workers must enforce the company policies. The owner of Aaa, Steve Hill, is very personable, respectful, and knows how to run a business. His prices are fair and I felt like he wasn't taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of drainage. He showed me where the problem was and he gave me many options on solutions with a range of most expensive to the least and how long it would last. He definitely has my business and he has earned my trust, which is hard to do. Thank you Steve!

We had an earlier job replacing valves throughout the house done and Patrick, who was the lead on the bind and installation was very professional and also very informative about what options we should consider. He did recommend upgrades beyond what we were asking, but he wasn't pushy about it. It was just mentioned as information that we might want to consider. When the installation was performed it was done quickly and without incident. They were very careful to not track dirt and such in the house and other than the replaced valves, you couldn't tell they were here afterwards.

We now have an old garbage disposal that died. Once again, we were fortunate enough to have Patrick come out and give us the bid. This time I decided to take advantage of the bulk discounts and have a couple of faucets replaced as well. I look forward to a successful installation going forward.

A few days later...

The two sinks received new faucets and the disposal was installed. Patrick even gave me the best lesson on how to take care of the disposal that I have ever received. This is a top notch and conscientious company.

I have always had the best of service with reasonable prices and respectful staff. The best I can say about Paul's Plumbing is that I can always trust what they say. Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
