BEWARE!! Get a quote first!! Be prepared to be misdiagnosed and overcharged! I had Pro-Line come to fix a hot water heater and a leaky pipe connection. This took less than 2 hours and I was charged $953 with no parts used. As Tony was leaving I noticed he had broken a piece of trim on my door and I asked him to repair it which he was not happy about and he then reinstalled it upside down. A week later the hot water heater stopped working again. Even though they say” 100% customer guarantee”, they quoted me a minimum of 3 to $400 to diagnosis it. I called another company to come out, they diagnosed it over the phone, came and replaced a part. It took him less than 20 minutes, a charge of $249 and it fixed the problem.

The technician Christina did an excellent job explaining all the options and how they work, and then did no less excellent job cleaning the drain.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Cameron Cooper was professional, timely, friendly and efficient. Solved an emergency issue we had same-day with our tub drain, even giving us advice on how to prevent the problem in the future! Get this man a raise, he’s awesome.

The reception who scheduled our appoint was very courteous and professional. We received text reminders the day before and day of our appointment. The last of which included a link to track the plumber as he was heading to our residence with an ETA for arrival.

The responding plumber, Shawn Kalakian, was on time and readily identified the leak and a fix. He even checked another area which was a concern to verify no leak was present.

Being new to the area, finding companies to provide critical services such as plumbing can always be daunting. For plumbing, our go-to will be Rowe Plumbing and Drain today forward.

Wonderful people to work with. This was a fix to and fix up of a walk-in shower and it was done quickly and everything that was done was explained well. I have some other plumbing issues, so I will be scheduling them soon.

Thomas was great! It was a simple issue, but I hadn't been able to figure it out myself. He was able to get our hot water working again and also gave us a helpful quote for what it would cost to replace the hot water heater if and when the need for that comes. Excellent service! My rain drain was clogging up even during a light rain storm. Keith came out and we found a broken pipe way down the drain line. I know what to do now! Thank you again Keith, very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions! Will continue to call them the next time I have any drain issues inside the house or out.

I'm a tile guy and Mick is the only plumber I call when I need one. He is respectful and fair. Never tries to gouge someone for more money.
