Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Technician was informative and skilled and cleared our drains quickly. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because he arrived more than an hour after we received a text saying he would be there in 30 to 45 minutes.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.
