3 Mountains answers their calls right away and had me set up, even if I had to wait a while (expected). Dominique called in the morning and when I said I was at work she was flexible and worked with me to find time in the afternoon. She was very kind and explained everything well, including a video.The one thing I don’t like, and this has nothing to do with the plumbers who come out, is that 3 Mountains doesn’t have a range of products. I called my parents (single mom) about the proposed cost of the disposals they carry and they carry and they were shocked at how overpriced their options were. My dad started blasting me with all the well reviewed quality disposals at a quarter of the cost.But back to the technician - top notch. I will definitely use them again - in fact, I’m already planning to have them back for another plumbing issue!

They were great!! Less invasive than a traditional sewer repair and was the same price but my yard wasn’t nearly as torn up as it would have been. Highly recommend them!

River City is prompt and helpful, and gave honest advice that we don't need the grease trap that we aren't using cleaned - they helped arrange with the city that we won't need to have it cleaned regularly if we aren't using it.

Needed toilets removed during flooring install. First employee was too slow so when it was time to put them back asked for different guy who kept his pace up. Happy with Chris plus great customer service.

Your employee, Eva (for Evaristo) is a kind, very professional individual with high quality customer service and a great attitude. Very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to give his best. I’m concerned only about the $$$ I had to pay although I understand a big company like yours has huge overhead costs.

I had an outdoor faucet that was dripping and I wanted it replaced. Turned out I needed to also have a pipe that is connected to the faucet also added because it was a pipe that would not freeze in the winter. I have always covered my pipes inside so this was unexpected but the job was done in 90 minutes and the repair person was very tidy. It was much higher than I wanted to spend but it had a 1 year warranty. Overall, beyond the cost...I am happy with the work.

Performed video inspection. They. were able to tell me what I needed about our commercial sewer drain and the condition. They offered to jet out the pipe and clean it and had.time to knock out a third pipe we had issues with a clogged storm drain. I really like working g with people who stay and perform other services that may have not been on the original task list, and they knew I wasn't going to be petty and ask the pricing for every task. In fact the bill was very reasonable and helped us tremendously. I would definitely cal th again for another project.

I recently purchased a new washer & dryer - and after I hooked it up, realized the drain pipe wasn't draining. I googled plumbers in my area & called the first one listed, no answer - I left a message... second one just rang & rang... the third picked up right away & put me on a 'wait list' for the next day.
They called in the morning & said they could send someone over in the afternoon, which was perfect! Jimmy came over & started working right away. He was very polite & informative. He got the drain unplugged only to find that due to issues with the pipe - it still wasn't going to work.
He gave me a quote to replace the pipe & I called the office to schedule it.
He and Kaleo came back a day later & got working away. I couldn't be home the whole time, so Kaleo was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on. They found another crack that they let me know about, so I had everything fixed. They were both very polite & professional. I always dread calling any sort of service in a trade... but these guys were awesome!
I would highly recommend them!!!!

I had a storm drain issue, where raw sewage was filling my storm drain box. I spoke with Chris and he had me send pictures of the problem and after looking over everything and speaking with me several times on the phone he referred me to a company that specializes in this sort of issue. Chris went above and beyond anything I expected, knowing he was not going to get this job. Thanks again Chris
