I would not wish this situation on my worst enemy. That is to be in a position to desperately require your septic system to be repaired. It is the worst possible nightmare. But if you ever find yourself in that situation the people that you want to call is River City Environmental. They will get the job done right.

Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. Hands down, the best service I have come across in a long time. That seems hard to come by these days... I've worked with contractors before and this was a completely different experience. Honestly, I was waiting to get hit with a huge quote but it was actually really reasonable and there were even a few different options they had for me to chose from. They took care of the job right away and were very professional. Good guys and I would highly recommend them.

Carl is to main line plumbing what a surgeon is to the circulatory system. Since I had dug up the soil and lifted the culvert, he had the leak that I couldn't find and it's cause diagnosed in 10 minutes. Two treatment plans were offered for potential immediate fix and probable permanent fix. (Hope the Portland Water Bureau will be able to help me with a leakage rebate.) So thankful for his recent visit to bid the job. So fortunate he is in the area and so knowledgeable just like those at U of W who isolated the antibody to shutdown the virus a couple days goes. Carl brings hope, powerful hope to our community's aging infrastructure. If you need real help for a real repair this company has what it takes and is honest about it.

Really 4.5 out of 5 stars. Our house in the SW hills developed a bad water leak between the meter and the house. Replacing the line was no small feat because of the elevation change and the different impediments to be found between the meter and the house. Crown Plumbing stuck to their original bid even though they had to revise their plan several times and devote many more labor hours to the project than they had originally planned. Through it all, the workers were very professional and responsive. The only reason to knock off any stars at all is it did take them several weeks between when they started the work and completed it but they set up a temporary water line free of charge to make sure we weren't too inconvenienced while they devised ever more elaborate, but necessary, plans for reconnecting our house to the water main.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.
