Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Aubrey plumbing has worked on two plumbing projects at my house. In both cases they arrived when they said they would (the owner called me the morning of the appointment to verify the appointment and to specify when they would arrive), they did the job, and the keep the area relatively clean.

I would use Aubrey Plumbing again. Their work is excellent/professional, and they take pride in providing a service that is done right. If they come across a problem, they provide the homeowner with the information and possible solution options, and the (most importantly) the ability/consider to review the the options and ability to make the best decision for the homeowner.

I have really been impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and courtesy expressed by the three plumbers with whom I've interacted (Johnny, Kelly and Gerald).

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

What a relaxing experience. From begining to end there was great communication and excellent customer service. Master plumber Bruce engineered and delivered the solution for our sewer line replacement project and provided invaulable advise on options so I could make the best decisions. Bruce was on time, kept my project on schedule, and explained all the work that would be performed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and delivered at a fair price. I will recommend QHR Leak and Line to all my friends and associates.

I did a google search for a friend in Dallas who needed plumbing service. I stumbled across Koen Plumbing company and had to give them a call on behalf of my friend. They gave a timeline to show up and fix the issue and they turned up as promised.

Sam was amazing and went above and beyond on our project. I will definitely use the Plumbing House again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service with employees you can trust.

I have nothing but great things to say about Plano plumbing. Had them change out a PRV valve that was installed improperly by the previous plumber they did a great job I would highly recommend them for your future plumbing needs

They corrected our problem quickly, and they explained everything completely.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
