Have you ever been in the middle of a Robot Rebellion? The mechanical uprising I'm currently trying to live through began about a month ago - when - after spending nearly $400 trying to resuscitate a vintage gas dryer - I finally came to the much needed conclusion that it might just be cheaper to simply buy a new dryer than to try and fix my now antiquated model. And, so, I went to a number of big box stores - before finally purchasing one for nearly $700 (because of the COVID Crisis - appliances and appliance salespeople seem to be in short supply - and the appliances they currently have in stock – definitely seem to be overpriced). And, now, nearly a month later - I am anxiously awaiting the fourth delivery attempt of the new dryer - after the third attempt was a failure earlier today - because of an error of the LCM type (either Larry or Curly or Moe lost the invoice).Anyway, about two weeks into the dryer crisis, a fair number of the other machines that make my house run - began to complain about their working conditions - with the ice maker suddenly deciding I might want fluffy, slushy ice instead of the hard, cold variety - and the oven getting finicky as to whether it felt like lighting itself when certain preparations were placed within . . .The latest skirmish occurred late last night - while I was preparing for the third non-delivery of the fabled gas dryer. Right around midnight (it always happens around midnight - have you ever noticed?) - both sinks in my kitchen suddenly began to clog up. After trying a variety of different remedies including the age-old ritual of plunging, the baking soda and vinegar trick, and finally surrendering to half a bottle of the forbidden Drano - I finally gave up when the dishwasher began to join in on the chorus and ran over with dirty Drano-laced water.And, so, at around five in the morning, I began searching the internet for the best plumbers around - and finally found a plumbing company called Augerpros Plumbing (among a number of other companies listed on YELP in my area). The thing that initially caught my attention with Augerpros - was that it had a four-and-a-half out of a five star rating with 49 reviews - whereas - just about all of the other companies barely had two-and-a-half and three star ratings.Because I was still eagerly awaiting my non-delivery of the legendary dryer early this morning - I called Augerpros promptly at eight when they opened and talked to a wonderful lady named Kaye (turns out - she's the owner!). To tell the truth, I actually felt relieved just talking with Kaye! She seemed to have the perfect friendly and compassionate manner to deal with a somewhat beaten down and - by this time - whiny fellow like myself. She said she'd be glad to take care of things - and offered to get someone over to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon. As it turned out - my repair guy - Richard - was able to get over to my house before 2:00 - and WAS JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! Richard was very businesslike - respectful - knew just exactly what he was doing - and what's more - did it!! Also, he gave me a quote within ten minutes - and stuck to it!! He got the job taken care of quickly and efficiently - and I now have clean dishes and a dry and clean kitchen - and one less combatant to face on the field of battle with my current Robot Rebellion.Now, if I can just get that dryer delivered and working on Friday . . .(by the way - sorry for being so long-winded!!)
They corrected our problem quickly, and they explained everything completely.

I do not like the feeling of every time I get a service it always seems like I get a pre-scripted upsell. Not here. Chance the tech was straightforward and helpful. Granted, in all options there was a fee (no one works for free) they were all reasonable (I was in the construction business for over 20 years and can sense BS) I am going to think of options and there was no fee for estimate. So I got Chance and his helper lunch, wrote this review & will tell friends and family of this company (and keep them in mind for future services). Lets reward the good guys!

We had a very positive experience with Augerpros and specifically with Richard Garcia Jr. He was on-time (in fact a bit early), friendly, and professional. After a quick inspection he was able to determine the exact source of our problem (hammering water pressure) and to determine a clear fix for the issue.

We had a problem with one of our a/c units primary drain configuration. I called Augerpros after reading its website and some review and talked with Kay. Told her my issues; she said they had just the person to come and diagnose the problem. We agreed on a date and time. Sure enough Mario shows up right on time. He and his associate put on their boot covers before coming in our home. I go over the problem and explain how other a/c companies have inspected our units without identifying the drainage issue. Mario does his inspection and explains the nature of the issue along with his proposal for fixing it along with the price it will cost. We approve, Mario goes and obtains the materials needed, comes back and takes care of the drainage issue. Problem solved efficiently with reasonable cost. We will be using Augerpros Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Plus I recommend using Augerpros Plumbing for inspection of the plumbing and drainage systems for anybody looking to buy a home. We would have saved a lot of damage to our roof and siding if Augerpros had inspected our home's plumbing and drainage systems before we bought it. Bill Baldwin

Honestly, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless there is a problem - but these guys were awesome. Devan was great at explaining the situation and giving options. Definitely felt like they weren't trying to pile things onto the bill. Kaye was awesome to work with as well. Praying I never need to call a plumber again- but if I do, it will be these guys.

Bryce Cole came out. I appreciate it his honesty. He took a very close look at my underground leak and based on all the different things he checked, concluded that it was most likely to be my irrigation system and not the in-home water system. He suggested that it would be most efficient and economical to use an irrigation specialist, rather than a plumber considering the situation. As a result of his honesty I will certainly call them again if it turns out I need a plumber.
They were very professional, and curtious. They helped me see what the issue was and how I can resolve in the future.
I cannot express how greatly can find Dustin to help us to fix leaking problem in the wall. He is professional and experienced. He immediately knew what is the problem caused leaking in the wall when he saw the situation. It is so hard to find a good one. I strongly recommend the company.

I cannot say enough good things about Augerpros Plumbing and Drain. I first called them over a year ago to repair/install a garbage disposal. Chad came out a year later, when it was our user error, and he was so understanding. He showed us how to prevent/remedy future clogs. When we had damage from the winter storms, James went above and beyond to come out as soon as possible to get us stabilized and ensure we had running water while we waited on the City to repair the leaking water main. He even checked in on us while he was out our neighbors’ house. We just called again for additional repairs from the storm, and once again, so professional and helpful. Kay and Leah are amazing, always making me smile when I call to schedule an appointment. Seriously, Kay made me smile when I was on the verge of crying. Not what I expected, and such a welcomed comfort when dealing with a flooded house!! Kindness and empathy go a long way. They are my go-to plumbing experts now, and I wish more companies were like Augerpros.

I cannot say how pleased I am that we found this plumbing company who came out to repair busted pipes due to Texas winter storm. James And Townsend are an awesome team who was so professional, explained and showed exactly where the problems were and were such a pleasure to deal with and gained my trust from the get go. They explained all costs up front, was very fair in pricing and did exceptional work. With their busy schedule due to being so backed up due to the winter storm they still found a way to fit me in their schedule knowing my situation of having to stay in hotel due to water being shut off and I was amazed that they were able to come and repair the very next day of me calling the company...many thanks to Kay who scheduled and made this happen and she was so caring and understanding of my situation..she is exceptional as well! I submitted an estimate through Yelp and within minutes I was contacted by Augerpros. I looked at their reviews and called them. That was yesterday and they have already done the work today to my satisfaction and with a fair price. Last year, I installed a new HVAC system and have a condensate from the unit in the attic draining thru an emergency pipe problem ever since. The HVAC company that installed the HVAC unit can not figure out where the issue it is and recommended me to call a plumber. Augerpros technician, Mario Cisneros, arrived at my house on time to diagnose the problem. In 20 minutes, he found the emergency and main condensate drains were crossed, which the HVAC companies could not figure out in 2 months. Mario Cisneros was very polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend Augerpros Plumbing and Drain, of course, Mario, to the people who needs help.

This company provided the best experience I've ever had with plumbing repair. Their office was great about keeping on touch with me via phone and texts to confirm arrival time. The plumber (who was also the owner) let me know exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He not only cleaned up after himself, but also cleaned up the mess I had made trying to limit the flooding in my home. To top it all off, the bill was a reasonable amount. (A first in my experience with plumbers!!!)

We needed to get a full review of the plumbing and HVAC in our 1600 sf rental home. We had some occasional random foul odors going on, and we wanted to be sure the traps and all exhaust systems were good. Augerpros did a great job and a very thorough exam of each plumbing connection and outflow, and all HVAC systems, their connections and outflow. We identified an issue and it was easily adjusted, and other recommendations to solve the issue. And the Master Plumber, Chance, put a lot of effort into helping us! He took videos and photos Of crawl space connections - he seemed to care about doing a good job. Thank you Augerpros for the peace of mind!

My kitchen sink was clogged, and despite snaking it to 25 feet, I couldn't get it cleared myself. I called Auger Pros at 8:00 AM and they were here about 11:30 to fix my drain. Within 2 minutes of coming in, they had diagnosed the problem, found the cleanout they needed, and were bringing in the equipment. They put their machine on the drain and within 10 minutes it was fixed. I appreciate William, he did a great job, was very professional, and the price was less than I expected it to be. He told me what it would cost up front, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. I will be calling them next time I need a plumber.

Great experience with Dustin and Logan. I had them complete a pex re-route for me so I wouldn't have an underground pipe susceptible to slab leaks.

I can’t say enough good things about AugerPros & their technician Chance. I had a fairly substantial water leak that initially appeared to be a slab leak. Chance came out promptly, electronically checked my entire slab & determined that there was no slab leak and gave me an extremely competitive estimate to locate the leak in my water supply line. Total cost for all this? $0!! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least! The next morning I called the AugerPros office & asked them to send Chance back to go ahead with the leak locating. He again arrived promptly & located my leak in spite of it being raining & cold. Then to top it all off he charged me less than the estimate because he said the work took less time than he had estimated! In today’s world this kind of service & honesty is unheard of! Thank you Chance & AugerPros! Jerry (Auger Pros owner) sent his top guys to my service request. Chase Roberson and Justin Schrader came to my site, repaired the cold water intake valve and piping on a new water heater, connected the electricity, and set the water temperature.. I requested special equipment be installed, and it was done. Work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. Workers wore protective booties and masks, and protected the carpet where they were working. Chase is a master plumber. He'll tell you exactly what he's doing and why, and give you options if available. I'll never use another plumbing service in this neck of the woods. These guys rock!

There were 2 technicians/plumbers came today and they provided great service! They looked at the issue and provided us options and prices. They recommended to allow them to start looking at the least expensive option and work from there and they were right. She listened to our problem and suggested that she speak with one of the plumbers and give us a call back with a recommended course of action. Leah followed through and called us back with the plumbers recommendation for something for us to try before incurring the expense to come out. We applied their advice, and, It worked! The Tecnician Kory had texted me before going to the property for unclogging kitchen sink letting me know the time frame. Since I was somewhere else, he had called me after he identified the issue and told me what he needed to do and how much will it cost. After he unclogged the pipe, he called me again to explain what had happened. All was done in a professional manner. I would definitely use him and recommend him in the future if there’s a need!

I had an emergency plumbing leak on the weekend. The actual location of the leak was unknown. I called several after hours and weekend plumbing companies. Augerpros called me back right away and had a technician on the way to my house within an hour. I was so surprised at how fast they were able to come out. Chance arrived promptly after I was notified he was in his way and helped me find the source of the water pooling in our garage. It ended up coming from a pipe that was hit by a roofing nail. We had recently had the roof replaced and in the process one of the plumbing pipes was too close to the underside of the roof deck and was hit by a nail. Chance made the least amount of holes in the walls to detect the issue. And was able to secure and repair the compromised pipe quickly. He also walked me through some very important plumbing knowledge that I didn’t know. Like the fact that the plumbing pipe should have been protected by a buffer so that this type of thing wouldn’t happen. This would be an original construction error. Good info to know. He was very professional and knowledgeable which I appreciate. He didn’t waste time diagnosing or fixing the problem. Which was also appreciated. He genuinely wanted to help make this as quick and painless for us time wise and financially. He accomplished both. He cleaned up everything and he was also able to refer me to a water restoration company so that I could make sure I didn’t have permanent water damage in my walls. The leak went through two stories of walls. So there was quite a bit of wetness that needed to dry out. I will definitely call on Augerpros again. But I would specifically ask for Chance. He’s a master plumber and he’s very good at his job!!

We just moved to Dallas so I searched plumbers online. I found Auger Pros and read the great reviews. The reviews were all excellent and so is their service. Kevin came in developed a plan and fixed everything I requested. He even made recommendations to improve my water pressure. Extremely pleased with the professionalism and work done by James and his associate today. They came an hour earlier than estimated (gave me a 30 minute notice in case it wouldn’t of worked), wore the appropriate facial masks and were very informative and polite. Dakota is the most honest Plumber I have met. He was very knowledgeable and technical and left me worry free. He gave me great advice on my gas line and was simply a straight shooter. Hard to find honest people nowadays but I would highly recommend Dakota for all of your plumbing needs.

We had our foundation repaired and needed a leak detection test. Trent and his assistant were very professional and did a great job.
The sidewalks in front of my house are sinking. One of the possible causes could be a slow leak that is causing the soil to move underneath the concrete. So I started shopping around for a reliable plumber. After I made 5 calls, only Augerpros answered my call immediately. One of the big companies asked me everything like a scam and said they had put me in their database. I asked them to remove my info forever. Augerpros sent people to camera my drain line. No issues. I was happy the price was fair and reasonable. After the city removed the concrete, it seemed like there was some leaking. I called Augerpros with bad tones and attitude. After I hungup from the call, I never expected anything further. To my big surprise, the owner Jerry called me and sent Austin and Justin to come back and check. Touched my heart. The plumber was very friendly and did a great job explaining things and installing the new pipe. There were a few communication issues between the plumber and the inspector, but it only delayed things a few days. Not a big deal. Great experience overall!

The technicians came in and checked out the drain issue. They spent lot of time and tried to figure out the main problem. Gave us a couple of options to fix it. They were very professional.
Had a sewer to main separation that needed to be repaired. I called Augerpros to get a second opinion and pricing. From the call to getting it done was a pleasant 3 days of work including the Thanksgiving holiday. Trent came on time and gave me a quote and told me when it could be done.Work was done promptly. There was a discrepancy between the quote and the work. When I brought this to the owner Jerry's attention it was promptly responded to and resolved in less than 12 hours.Jerry and Trent is a great team. I recommend them.
We had a serious gas line leak that we weren't aware of, thinking it was just a fitting issue before. William did a great job finding that we had a roofer team puncture a nail into one of our main gas lines in the attic run from the gas meter. Didn't know it was even an issue until pressure tests and later some small demo work found it. It was a year since we moved into our home and had been living with the nail puncture and leak, fortunately my family is safe and nothing caught on fire or worse with the leak. Kory analyzed my problem (collapsed tub drain) & provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to repair the problem, including the steps necessary. Then provided a detailed estimate for the work.
Water from my washing machine was draining to quick for my pipes and the water was coming into my garage and up through my kitchen sink. They came out, were able to clear the pipes, and stayed to test it out with me. Very professional and answered my likely dumb questions. Would def use them again.
I was super impressed with their level of responsiveness and professionalism. Their notification system and disclosure of who was coming to service the house, how far away they were and even a picture of the technician were so far above any other contractor that I have used thus far. A bit pricier than I would have expected but it’s still nice to have confidence in a contractor and actually know when they’re coming and have some communication with them. I would use them again for sure.

Really great service with Aaron. Everyone sent out was super professional and really helpful in explaining what's going on and what I might need to do to fix it / how long I can go without. Idk the industry prices well enough to say it's a great value but it was fair enough priced that I will be a repeat customer based on the great experience I had.
These guys are my go-to for any plumbing issues. It’s rare to find expert technicians who are professional, courteous, and can help homeowners to truly understand the situation and the work they will do. We got fortunate that a tech came out on the same day. Aaron come out to unclog HVAC primary drain. We are new homeowners and knew it was not well maintained by the previous owner(s). He diagnosed properly, estimated the coat fairly, and fixed the issue swiftly (and showed us extremely thick goos that came out - fyi, we tried using shop vac to unclog our own before calling them and now we know it was not fixable using shop vac…!). So glad to have this local experts/business we can trust!

Reached out over yelp and heard back right away. I was able to get booked for them to come out and repair the garbage disposal the next day. Had Richard come out and he was fantastic. He found the issue right away and got it taken care of. Would highly recommended his service.
When I initially contacted Jerry on the phone to set up an appointment to address an issue with sediment in my hot water, he answered immediately and was very personable and professional. Even though I wasn't experiencing an emergency, he was able to dispatch a plumber to me immediately. Mauricio and another plumber arrived very soon after I got off the phone, and they were polite, professional, thorough, fair, and honest. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got straight to work fixing it, without any hidden fees or gotchas. I've not always had wonderful experiences with other plumbers, but this experience was pain-free, and I'll be happy to work with Augerpros again the future, whenever the need should arise.
Dakota and his partner were very efficient. They quickly sized up the situation, ran some quick tests and evaluations, and provided a recommendation all within 20 mins. I won't use anyone else.

Kory & Roger from Augerpros arrived as rush requested to find and remove a serious clog stoppage in our drain pipe feeding to the city street sewer line. They were fast, efficient & thorough and importantly used a camera thru the line to find precisely where and what the clog was caused by (tree roots) and its removal. I was an idiot and had my water replaced initially by an unlicensed general contractor when I bought the house. Realized this is a big issue for insurance liability a year later. Had auger plumbing initially come in for flush & drain & inspection but decided to replace the water heater with proper permitting on the same day. Kevin the plumber was able to help me out and get everything finished in a day. They also offer 18 months financing which was great.
Kory and his teammate from Augerpros came out same day and in less than 30 minutes was able to snake the pipe and clear the clog or that was under the house. They were both very professional and courteous and it was a knowledgeable experience. Thank you so much!

Had a leak in a pipe in my outside wall. Technician arrived and gave me a few options to diagnose. Used the least invasive manner to get in to the wall. Discovered a small drip and repaired.Great work. Very detailed.I would use them again for any plumbing problem.
Auger Pros sent out Dakota and Tommy to unclog our master bathroom. They were there extremely promptly.This proved to be more complicated than originally thought, involving a lot of outdoor work in our wonderful 100+ degree weather and a trip to the roof. D & T maintained a high level of professionalism, excellent manners, and good humor regardless, explaining everything to us in terms anyone can understand.We will continue to call Auger Pros for future problems and request Dakota and Tommy if at all possible, along with highly recommending them to neighbors.

100% would recommend Auger Pros, after another plumbing company failed to clear a clog and recommended expensive solutions to try to unclog it, Auger Pros cleared it in less than an hour and explained the whole process along the way.
Chance was assigned from AugerPros and came on time equipped to get the job (kitchen sink hot water valve busted, no air gap installed on previous owner’s dishwasher leading to sitting water) done. While on-site he identified some additional risk areas in the home along with a ballpark estimate of the costs for me to consider. He was professional and detail oriented, even helping to fix the kitchen sink drain pipes which took him a good amount of effort in addition to what the original job was.We will use AugerPros, and Chase, again!

I called AugerPros to work on a repair that Berkeys did for me 4 1/2 years ago when a sewer line from the a guest toilet failed.. Basically, Berkeys workmanship was far below average and after working with Augerpros, I have a good benchmark of what a plumbing service should be. Kory from AugerPros discovered that the previous plumber did not properly cut the length of a run of PVC from the toilet to the main, and did not adhere properly at the joint. Also, AugerPros explained that none of the sewer lines were properly supported in the event of any shifts in the surrounding area in the house. Kory from AugerPros did a great job, he planned and implemented the repair without deviation, and I trust his repair will be the final time I have to worry about this,. However, if I do have an issue, I'll call AugerPros to help me figure out the problem. Kory also fixed a punctured sewer main from a tree root in the front yard. Kory performed the water tests and the repairs held as expected. If you have a serious sewer line issue, call AugerPros first and ask for Kory. Can't say enough good things about them.[Just a note, I tried to have Berkey's come out and take a look at the problem and see if they could repair the problem under warranty, but after they could not get a technician out because of scheduling problems, I decided to go with AugerPros and not waste my time with Berkey's.]

Awhile back I had Augerpros replace a hose bib in my backyard. It didn't seem like it was done right but the plumber assured me it was solid. Fast forward to last week, and the joint had completely failed and the bib would come off the pipe if you barely moved it.I sent an email with pictures, and Jerry (owner) replied within a couple hours (on a Sunday!) and let me know that the plumber who originally installed it no longer works there due to poor quality, and he sent somebody out the next day to fix it at no cost.Augerpros won't be the absolute cheapest option out there, but they stick to their word, communicate extremely quickly, and do high quality work -- we've used them for several other projects as well.

I reached out to Augerpros on Thumb Tack and they responded within the hour with an appointment time. These guys are real professionals! I was contacted with an expected arrival time and the were here on time and very friendly. They identified the problem and quickly made the repair. My mother-in-law called auger pros for a hot water leak under the slab. They tunneled under the house and found out that most of the waist lines and sewer lines were cracked and half gone. I know this because I climbed under there and looked myself. They're very knowledgeable and professional. They let us know every step of the way what was going on. If it hadn't been for the hot water leak we'd have never known about the rotted waste and sewer lines. They did an excellent job and recommend them to everyone. I give them a five star plus

Hydro cleaned laundry and kitchen drains which were slow draining. Inspection with camera reveled deteriorating cast iron pipes and invading tree roots which cancelled the normal 30 day warranty. We were told to anticipate future costly repairs on our 45 yr old plumbing system.

Two of their plumbers came out to fix a frozen pipe that had burst. Chad was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was also very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and correctly. I had a complicated setup that made their job very difficult, yet they were still very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I called Augerpros over a potential gas leak. The lady on the phone was VERY nice, she deserves a gold star for customer service because I was freaking out a little and she was able to walk me through the process and an employee over to my house as soon as possible. The guy who arrived, Trent, was very thorough and professional. He worked closely with the representative from my gas company and they were able to get things resolved very quickly, and he even stayed to make sure everything was turned back on correctly as well as to give the suspected room a double check before he left. Juan and Kyle were very professional. They were able to explain and fix the problem with our plumbing. Our toilets and showers were backed up, so they needed to access the clean out, but we didn’t have one. I previously used a different plumber and he was not able to help me for that same reason. Fortunately, Juan and Kyle were able to fix the problem successfully and fairly quickly; it only took them a couple of hours. However, they said I would eventually need to have a clean out installed. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys to friends and family.
I dont know where to start. What an amazing and interesting experience. Shay was very helpful and helped me solve a mystery finding a 4 ft log in my hidden clean out valve. After calling multiple plumbers and the city without any help, he came through clutch. Amazing services and prices. Will definately use them in the future and recommend every who needs plumbing done to the same.
We hired augerpros to inspect the plumbing to make sure nothing broke after the winter storm. The plumbers were very professional and thorough with their inspection! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen during the super freeze of December 2022. AugerPros answered our call and was able to send someone out the same day (while other places we called either didn't even answer the phone or couldn't get us in for several days).Aaron and Justin arrived on time and were extremely nice and professional. They explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond (helping to insulate the pipes in the wall with some extra old towels since we had some insulation issues as well). When a gasket leaked that night (not the part they replaced), Aaron even came back Christmas Eve morning, even though he was off, to check and replace it for us.Highly recommend AugerPros for plumbing!
They recommended a new water heater and sent me an estimate for $3550.I called another plumber who fixed the heating element and it cost me $300. This plumber said there was nothing else wrong with the water heater.I really don't know how they have such positive reviews. Didn't work out for me.

Commercial requested Emergency on Black Friday. Team worked hard to help and we were able to get job completed. Was not aware owner of this company was monitoring and he called while on vacation to check in. Great customer service and highly recommend. We will use again and appreciate this team!!!!!!
We contacted 5 businesses for a water heater replacement quote. Auger Pros responded super fast and they actually communicated via email like we requested. They showed up the next day and provided a prompt quote. They said they could have the system replaced and done in 2 hours.They did exactly that, in only about an hour. They installed a high quality Rheem water heater and it was working by providing hot water in less than 5 minutes.The gents that provided the quote and that did the installation were very professional and they answered all of our inquiries.We're happy to have found Auger Pros. Scheduled an appointment through text on a Saturday evening. Arrived on time to check a clean out issue. After spending 15 minutes to check the issue and discovering the problem lay within the City’s sanitary sewer line, they did not charge me anything. Not even a trip charge. Came sooner than scheduled, which is a welcomed sight when you have a leak on the property. Dustin was professional and easy to talk with. Explained the parts that are getting fixed, the short term and long term fix with quotes, and had the fix (short term) completed with an hour once they have the parts. Dustin and his co-worker, provided updates along the way from water shut off, the repair before enclosing, final bill and recommendation to petition the city for the huge water bill coming. I didn't know where it was coming from so they came out and dug it up and found the leak was in the sprinkler system. This is our second time to use them. During all the rain Sunday, the drain in our atrium was clogged and water came in our house. We called Augerpros Monday and they sent someone out first thing Tuesday. The first thing the repairman said was this is a French drain and we don't do those - that's a landscaper thing. He then proceeded to try different things and found the end of the drain which was buried in grass and dirt. They cleaned it out and told us how to fix it. I also had them fix our toilet that my husband had fixed and made a horrible high pitched noise every time we flushed. My husband is hard of hearing and couldn't hear it but it drove me crazy. They replaced the guts and it flushes so quiet I'm thrilled. It's not often that you have a repairman out and feel so good when they leave but I am so grateful they were willing to go the extra mile and solve our drain problem and no more squealing toilet. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the Augerpros plumbers. They found that the water leak in my front yard was in my sprinkler system rather than in the main line. Since it is winter now, I won't have to deal with that problem until Spring.

I called AugerPro Plumbing because of a leak at our home. Chance,Was great! He was very reasonable and fair. He wasn’t trying to up sell me on anything. He listened to exactly what I was needing and made it happen. They knocked out three sinks in a rather short amount of time. He was very professional and had a mask on along with shoe covering to protect our floor from getting dirty. I would recommend Augerpros and would definitely call them again if I require any plumbing work.

Shay and Landon are absolute life savers! After being told by another company that my sewer line was clogged and would require a $5k repair I decided to give Auger pros a call for a second opinion. Our second time to need a plumber within the past year. We had a positive experience with Augerpros last year, so we called on them again for our current plumbing issue — a leaking hot water heater. Called this morning to make an appointment and, amazingly, they were able to get someone out within a few hours. Kevin called me when on his way, arrived on time, was professional and very pleasant. Miss Kay in the office and Kory in the field were the epitome of professionalism. They were both friendly, answered all my questions and made sure that I understood what was going on, communicated well throughout the process and provided a great professional service at a very reasonable price. Auger Pros was wonderful to work with, especially considering the up-charges and challenges with attendance I've experienced with other plumbers in the area. For reference, I had an improperly graded sewer line that needed to be replaced all the way from the house to the alley.

I am a property manager of an apartment community in Lewisville Texas. The Snowmaggedon winter storm of 2021 Resulted in a lot of damage and destruction to my property, The property has 50 gallon natural gas water heater’s on the chill water system that tie into both heating the water as well as heat in the apartment. My apartment community had absolutely no water to the buildings, including heat, and an incredible amount of disaster.I called Augerpros on the 19th at 5pm, And they came out on the 20th at 9 AM. It was incredible to be able to get a plumbing company to my community within 24 hours, and they have been there everr day up to this current day working diligently to resolve all of the issues. In three weeks time, they were able to restore my community and without them, I would still be one of the many properties in Texas trying to recover.This was not the first time I used them at a property, but I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jerry, Austin and the team for dedicating their time to my community and residents.They are very detailed with invoices and pictures that will help my company with the insurance claim.Go AUGERPROS! Chance is awesome! We had a problem with broken sewage line. The first two companies quoted us over 10k for the fix. Chance knows his trade and provides a solution that solves the problem at a much affordable price. Throughout the process , he was communicative, timely and professional. At the end he was able to root cause the problem back to an error made by Spectrum years ago and we were able to make Spectrum pay for it via the claim process and photos Chance took for us! Garbage disposal wasn't working.I called Auger Pros and they walked me through some tips on the phone to troubleshoot it and got it back to working! No charge! I appreciate that above and beyond customer service! Now a customer for life.After seeing positive reviews I picked Auger Pros Plumbing to replace my Water Heater. Chance R. thoroughly explained my options, answered all my questions, and was very up front with the pricing. The plumbers at Augerpros have always done a great job for me. I highly recommend them for ll plumbing needs.I have used them to clear clogged drains and replace a 50' gas line. My most recent appointment was a clogged kitchen drain. Dustin was very professional and completed the work quickly and pointed out a leaking kitchen faucet that was creating mold under the sink. Dustin replaced the faucet and cleaned around his work area leaving everything in good working condition.

These guys are the typical dishonest and overpriced type of plumbing company. I asked for a camera inspection on cast iron sewer and was told I'd get a map of specific issues. The plumber gave me inaccurate info about the condition of the plumbing, and used high pressure and fear tactics. I never received a map as promised. I'm glad I got a second opinion and other quotes for the work. It turns out their price is 6K higher than what's considered reasonable.

We had a water leak in the garage. Dakota did a fantastic job of detecting the hot water slab leak. The plumbers and excavation team did a great job of getting to the leak and repairing the leak. We now have new copper pipes. The plumbers arrived early, were very professional, did fantastic work, and charged what they quoted. We were happy to have used Augerpros several times. They definitely proved their 5 star rating.
So thankful we called Augerpros Plumbing to help hook up our gas line to our new fireplace! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had called 3 others and cancelled 3 times. I searched outside of our city and called and someone answered she gave me gave me the best salutation. “How can I make you smile?” The admins are so helpful, Kay (?) listened to what I needed and matched me to a technician immediately. When he had to work overtime on another job, she called me that evening after business hours to give me a heads up and got me on the schedule again for the same day I was scheduled ! I always knew what was going on. They have implemented great use of technology to keep you informed- text messages, emails, reminders, direct calls- so you are alway in the loop. Our fantastic technicians, William and Justin arrived and they have what I call the essential P’s -PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, POLITE, and PANDEMIC etiquette. They are very knowledgeable in plumbing/Gas install that when they ran into issues with my fireplace, they seamlessly and effortlessly found solutions it like it was planned. William and Justin were meticulously thorough from inspection, to letting me know what they were gong to do, scheduling the city inspection, and even going above and beyond their duty. Trent was our plumber for our sewer line repair and he provided excellent service throughout our repair. We had a major project in which our main sewer line had 4 broken pipes. It was a 2-3 week long repair in which excavation was involved to dig a 25 foot tunnel underneath our house.Trent went out of his way to get the job done as he expediated his repair during a week where there was a major rainstorm. After he pumped the hole in the morning, he suited up and crawled through the tunnel (which was full of we mud) to make the repair before the rain came back in the afternoon. He wanted to make sure that we had a proper working house as soon as possible as we have been using partial of the house for 2-3 weeks.

It seems that you really learn about a company when things don't go well. Everybody is happy and polite when things are running smoothly, but you really learn about the company (and yourself) if there are problems. This was the first time that I used Augerpros. The people who showed up where knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They immediately diagnosed and fix the problem & didn't try to upsell me to something I didn't need. Later there was a small problem, not related to their work, but I was amazed. Jerry, the owner of the company, was immediately on the issue & resolved it. I highly recommend this company.

We had a clogged drain that feeds water from our backyard to some pop up valves on the side parkway. They were able to locate the issue with their camera and clean out the lines. Kaye was very prompt in answering all my questions and getting me scheduled with Richard Garcia. They followed my instructions to the tee of how to communicate with me since I am out of the country. Beginning with the receptionist and then ending with the technician, my husband and I were extremely impressed! When I called AugerPros in the late afternoon on a Thursday, I spoke with Kaye regarding our bathroom sink being backing up due to the air conditioner draining into the pipe that is shared with the sink. Kaye was exceptionally kind and understanding. She immediately set up an appointment for a tech to come out the next morning. Bobby, the tech, was punctual, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came in and asked questions and accurately diagnosed the problem. After promptly unclogging the drain, he gave us some great advice in helping to keep the pipe from collecting sludge in the summer months. He suggested an affordable and simple remedy...Dawn soap. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to solve their plumbing issues. In the past, my husband and I have dealt with numerous plumbing companies and AugerPros by far, is the BEST!

Found a “leak” caused by water dripping on the floor and flowing under the baseboard into the ceiling below.
Auger Pros Plumbing and Drain came out on very short notice immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem on our difficult leak that 3 other plumbing companies had missed and in addition also located a couple additional problems that could contribute to future issues. They were able to quickly fix the additional plumbing issues and install a new garbage disposal as per our request. David and Justin were not only skilled and knowledgeable but they were also courteous and patient to get this project done in a day. Well done, highly recommended.
I had 2 different plumbing issues. AugerPros came out promptly. The service technician Bobby was very professional. Explained everything he would need to do and the costs associated. One issue didn’t turn out as bad so the cost of the services were reduced. I could have been charged the original price quoted and never known the difference. Bobby also had to cut into a wall, did a clean job and didn’t leave a mess. I will be using AugerPros again.

We had a busted pipe thanks to the great Texas snow storm of 2021. After calling about 8 plumbers and seeing an average week-long wait time, Kaye from Auger helped get someone out the same day since we had no water to the house. Chance was extremely transparent, and fixed our pipe in less than an hour. Also, they charged us an extremely reasonable rate and didn’t price gouge like many businesses following this disaster. They will be the first plumber we call next time!

This company came out to perform a pan test for a buyer. It was successful and the guys were very polite and had on their PPE for safety.
I had a major serious foundation leak and Auger Pros where the only ones that were available to help. Bobby and his crew were awesome. He took the time to explain everything they were going to do and let me ask questions. They showed up when they said they would and would call ahead before they arrived. Bobby even worked outside in a heavy downpour of rain to get my issue fixed. Im pretty much putting them on the speed dial anytime I need a plumber (which is hopefully not for a while, wink)

Though based in Allen TX, AugerPros had a nearby tech meet me in Denison. He was punctual and professional. The issue we are having with the sewer drain is quite complex, and he was patient in discussing and helping me understand the various considerations and costs. Before he left our assessment meeting, he emailed me an estimate from his mobile device so that I could have the facts at my fingertips. Out of the four highly-rated plumbing companies I contacted, AugerPros is the only one who replied quickly and set up a meeting to meet me, and showed up on time!

Highly recommended. We continue to get excellent service from Augerpros. We have had an instant hot water heater, two toilets, and two hose bibs done, all with very high quality. They are very polite and professional. They alert us via text when on the way. They give us fast quotes after examining the problem. They give us very thorough paperwork afterward that explains the repair and the warranty. They also give us info that could prevent a problem later. For example, today Chance switched out a hose bib and then gave us great tips on how to make use of its features: Make sure no hose is connected during a freeze. Don't overtighten it; shut it off snug and let it drain etc.

THIS is the plumbing company you want to use! I cannot say enough kind things about Jerry (owner), Kaye (dispatch) and Chance (master plumber). This top-notch trio did everything in their power plus some, to make sure I was happy. My plumbing woes started when I decided to upgrade my tankless water heater, but it didn’t improve my hot water issue and even ended up causing some additional problems. I was not thrilled to have to call Kaye and tell her of my disappointment in the new tankless, but she empathized with me and immediately set out to find solutions. Jerry even contacted me personally, offered kind words, and assured me they would take care of me. It was an unusual situation and a long road to the final outcome, but I guarantee you that NO OTHER company would have stuck with me for so long and worked so hard to satisfy a client. I’m no plumber, but I knew something was wrong with that new tankless. As soon as Chance showed up, he earnestly listened to me and heard my concerns. After some assessment, some diagnostics and a phone call to the tankless manufacturer, Chance concluded that my new tankless was indeed faulty. He gave me my next options, let me decide, and got me on the books immediately for a new install. I converted to a 50 gal tank with recirc pump and could not be happier. Not only did he complete this major job in a timely manner, but Chance searched all over DFW for new aerators for some of my faucets which had previously been removed. I live in McKinney and he drove to Dallas and back for compatible parts! Furthermore, when he discovered that my kitchen faucet aerator was no longer in production, he contacted Moen and scheduled to have a brand-new faucet part mailed to me! Can you say wow!? That type of dedication and service is almost extinct now-a-days. Chance, you have truly outdone yourself. I am so grateful. I am also grateful for the honest owner, Jerry, who allowed this to happen. And Kaye, for staying connected with me the entire time. Thank you Augerpros!

I am very pleased with the service I received.
For several weeks I have been experiencing low water pressure throughout my home. I thought I needed to replace my pressure regulating valve. Our first choice plumbers were unable to see us for a week for our hot water heater. Based on reviews I decided to call AugerPros. My first contact with AugerPros was with Lois who took my call. She was pleasant and friendly and very helpful, definitely the right kind of first impression. The day of service we were notified in advance of arrival with a picture of the technician and they showed on time. My husband said Kory was also friendly and nice. They diagnosed the problem, discussed a couple different solutions. Kory advised my husband based on his experience and we think the right decision was made. They came back a few day later to remove and install a new water heater. They again notifed us prior to their arrival, they were on time and they quickly started working and finished in just a few hours. It was a very good experience on every front. Hire this company for gas pressure test prior to active gas service, price were bit high but i guess i have to deal with it since it was last minute job.Much props to technician Richard he was very humble and kind to explain everything i question him about this job, also appreciate coming out rainy day.Thanks again

I had two clogged bathroom sinks that were taking care of in a very professional and quick manner by the technicians that came out to my house to perform the work I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and how they treated me during the whole deal I highly recommend them and will refer them to as many people as I possibly can

Contacted Auger Pros at 9:30 pm, within 10 minutes they confirmed availability for the next day and worked around my schedule.

I needed my gas manifold moved up because it was in myway to get to the attic area over the garage. They built a backing up higher and disconnected the manifold and mounted it at the new location. Moved the gas lines and secured them out of the way. Performed leak detection on the manifold. Called at 1:15pm, they arrived at 1:50pm and left at 2:35pm. They did a great job.
Great company that stands behind their work. Jerry resolved our water heater issue by replacing our defective tank water heater with Tankless and gave us credit for the cost of the tank.Resolved-Auger installed a Rheem gas water heater (tank). The gas control valve has gone out twice. Labor isn't covered, so I have had to work on it myself. And I'm stuck on Rheem warranty line hold for hours to get the part.
Technicians were really great! Very professional and great service. Definitely will use them again.
