Best Sewer Video Camera Inspection in Plano TX

NTX Elite is a sister company and they’re the Worst company ever!! They obviously don’t understand the importance of good customer service and doing a good job in a TIMELY manner. They won’t return calls to a friend of ours who has given them plenty of money and have been out of their home for MONTHS...

Do NOT hire this contractor or use their plumbing company!!!!

Their website says their offices are open 24/7, which is completely untrue. Sure, they'll charge you $300 to come to your house on Thanksgiving, but won't actually be able to fix anything because they only use a skeleton crew for emergencies. Then they'll lose your follow-up appointment to actually fix the issue, and won't be able to reschedule you for 3 days because it's the weekend and there are no managers or anyone with decision-making abilities in the actual office. In fact, you're only talking to an outsourced customer service rep on the phone, silly.

I highly recommend CPR. They were fast to get here, friendly & professional and reasonably priced. They will be our go to from now on for any plumbing needs

If I could give zero stars, I would! They normally charge a $79 service call fee and we were willing to pay $145 for them to come out immediately. I had told them on the phone that there was water running under the house. When the “plumber” got here, he was not willing to go 4 feet under the house to assess the problem! He stood there saying, “ I’m not going under the house”, and did absolutely NOTHING, yet still expected to get paid! Do NOT use this company! They will try to scam you out of money without doing the work!

I found YB Plumbingon Google and called because my garbage disposal had stopped working and my sink was getting backed up. Wayne answered my call at 6:00p and by 7:00p my disposal was working again

I am perplexed. First experience was good if a bit odd. I was told they would come out the next day for a drain problem and would call one hour before coming. However no time frame given. Around 1pm I called to see about what time to expect them. The man who answered said he'd cleaned his truck out and had lost all the phone numbers from the day before. I think this was an odd excuse. If I had not called again, no one would have come. He did send someone that afternoon. The plumber who came was great. I was very pleased. I wrote off the dog ate my homework kind of excuse as just someone having a bad day. Or maybe he did really throw away all of his phone messages? A couple of weeks later I called to have an outside faucet replaced. The man who answered -- I think it was same man I talked to on phone the first time I used them --- said he was in his truck and he would call me back. He never called me back. Thus the low rating. Good work was done but too hard to try to get them to do the work. I called another company.

Noticing our water heater was leaking, we called several plumbers. Only Dean’s Plumbing was willing to come out and take a look.
Julio and his partner quickly assessed the issue and gave us an estimate. They were able to procure the water heater and said that it will be done the same day. They worked quickly and efficiently and we’re finished the same afternoon.
Dean’s Plumbing was referred to me by my parents and they also had a very good experience. I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Extremely happy with Mr. Rooter. They sent a crew out to remove iron sewer pipe and replace with pvc pipe. The crew was led by Sinatra and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. Isaac was his number one man. I can’t say enough how pleasant and accommodating these two men were. This type of work is very hard and demanding on the crew but they are hardworking individuals. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues.

Hole in One was the post inspection team for foundation repair. A leak was found and, due to Oscar's great knowledge, professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of what was needed, we hired them for the repair. Max and Ryan did the repairs and went well above expectations on all aspects of the job. The entire crew was tremendous to work with from the customer service to clean up crew. The work completely was high quality and completed in a timely manner and all steps were explained as they proceeded. A great value and fair price. I would highly recommend Hole in One plumbing and, if needs arise, I certainly will be calling them first.

I highly recommend the entire team at Zoom Drain Plumbing Co.! It's a family owned business. They replaced the sewer line for my house, cleared the city inspection, and cleaned up! Truly exceptional customer service, high quality, and professional work!
I had four other companies to work on the sewer system cleaned up and no one could complete this job properly. Roby, the owner's son, cleared the clogged pretty quick, which previous companies couldn't.
The owner Robert and technician David explained the work to be done clearly (with pictures and videos), were responsive when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said that they would. If you need sewer line replacement or service, look no further, this is your company.

Last year, I installed a new HVAC system and have a condensate from the unit in the attic draining thru an emergency pipe problem ever since. The HVAC company that installed the HVAC unit can not figure out where the issue it is and recommended me to call a plumber.
