Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

I called several plumbers to get quotes on replacing the valves/hoses under the kitchen sink and installing our new kitchen sink. He was the only one that would physically come out and give us a quote. He was very responsive and professional with good pricing. Definitely recommend.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Via my home warranty company, I had another company come out 3 different times. At-Ease Plumbing came out and quickly (and at a reasonable price) resolved what the other company didn't want to. The employee contacted me on time to let me know he would be a little late, called with ample time for me to get home when he was on the way, worked quickly, checked everything several times until he was satisfied, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite and respectful. This was my first time using At-Ease plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future if this is the quality of work I can expect from them.

Speak's Plumbing staff came to our business and installed a new water line for a needed faucet in our shop. Their crew was on time, prepared, and had a wonderful attitude. Great Job and would highly recommend.

Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

Mario was wonderful... Kind and understanding of our situation. We had a flood coming from the foot of the toilet making it necessary for us to turn the water off to the house at the street. Here it was 10:00 pm on Sunday night. Emotions are already raw and high due to a recent death in the family. This was the last thing we needed. Mario was awesome...he explained everything and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly and was so sweet and understanding. He cleared the drains and water lines from under the house and up through to the roof. He was unbelievably kind and showed compassion for my friend that had just lost a loved one and was clearly grieving. Seriously... We are so appreciative.

Sam was amazing and went above and beyond on our project. I will definitely use the Plumbing House again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service with employees you can trust.

I had an emergency with my plumbing. I called 8 local companies before I was told to call Chad at Cole’s Plumbing. He came instantly. I really believe the good Lord above was watching over me!! He had to deal with a corroded pipe that was about to break and cause a tremendous amount of damage. It was NOT an easy fix. I watched him the entire time and recognized he knew exactly what he was doing

In my informed opinion, you'd be wise to look for plumbing solutions with anyone but Watermark. Don't believe their family friendly charade.

On day one, I pointed out the leak in the front yard. Asked them to fix it first. They insisted they knew better and brought out a contractor to detect leaks $$$. They dug a huge hole in the backyard only to find no leak. Leak detector came back twice...couldn't even find the leak they previously said was in back. Found no leaks except the one in the front yard that I pointed out. Such a waste of time.

It was a week later when they finally fixed the one leak in the front. It was a simple cut-and-replace job, yet they added two unneeded valves. I asked that they just replace the pipe section with the leak. That, plus the install of a shower valve (which I purchased), brought the total outlay to $3100.

The plumber, Aaron, said that I was entitled to a substantial refund. I've tried to work with the GM, Tim, on getting money refunded because even he said he'd make it right. After working with Tim for a month without results, he's obviously impotent to make decisions about much. Tim passes the buck saying the owner won't respond to him.

As if that were not enough, they left a mess of old parts in the front yard. Dishonest and awful.

Classic installed a new faucet in the bathroom at our business. They were ahead of schedule, reasonably priced and did fast / great work! I would use them again if the need arises! Adren Savitch Titan Auto Glass

I had a hot water heater burst in my home in Allen. I had just used Classic to fix a faucet at my business 3 days prior. I liked the service and price so called again for the hot water heater repair. Classic came out promptly and professionally just as you'd expect. Aaron did a very thorough job and was very nice to work with! Overall great experience and top notch service!

If you require a plumber that can guarantee showing up on a specific day, I'd say look for a company that doesn't have open windows like this place. Took a day off to facilitate a simple drain leak repair, figured it would be no problem as I live less than two miles from their location, but was never gotten to and told at 5:45pm that they unfortunately wouldn't be able to make it. A $40 credit towards a repair was offered but it's certainly not worth me taking even more time off for a company that can't guarantee they'll show up.

I wanted to give a special Thanks to Danny Skinner at Gary's Quality Plumbing. We developed a water leak in the downstairs bathroom ceiling and he promptly came by, identified the source of the leak (A/C drain line) and repaired it all while explaining what caused the issue and what he was doing to correct it. He was clean and presentable and left the job with no mess behind. Their tag line says it all - We Do Plumbing Right!. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a professional solution to their plumbing problems.
