Best Pump Installation in Plano TX

Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. Within 70 minutes, our issue was resolved, and it definitely did not cost a fortune. Thank you so much Triple Crown Plumbing - R and D - the best plumbing pros around!

We were renovating our house for sale this past Spring and Stan easily worked around the erratic schedules of several other contractors. He removed and then later re-installed our pedestal sink and toilet to allow us to put in new flooring, he put in a new sink facet, fixed a broken outside facet and more. He was a pleasure to work with and I had no problem coordinating the work with him via text and phone.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Very impressed with the professional service we got from Jeff! Jeff fitted us in his busy schedule and was able to fixed our clogged drain right away. I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job

I could not have had a better experience with Watermans Plumbing. I was already feeling super apprehensive because I was terrified of repair costs. I had been told my house had a sewer line slab leak, and against my better judgment, I went online to research possible prices and nearly had a coronary. It's kind of like WebMD for homeowners. Just don't do it.

The office manager, Jennifer, is a gem. She was patient, returned all my calls very promptly, and was just nice to talk to. She was warm, and made me feel very much at ease. She also also would text me with updates that I needed. Great service, all around. The diagnostic prices were very reasonable, and were far lower than other prices I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was done fast, and the price ended up being much lower than I anticipated, which was great!!

I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you need. They were a breath of fresh air for me during a very stressful time!

I can not say enough about this company. A friend referred them to me to find a leak in my pool. It turned out to be the old skimmer. From the beginning they were very courteous and friendly. When Cody came out he was very helpful, didn't mind me asking questions and he explained everything to me. On the day of the work he was on time, efficient and was very meticulous with his work. After the second day, him and Bo made sure everything was clean and just like it was before. My skimmer isn't leaking anymore and the price was very affordable. This is an awesome company from start to finish.

They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting.
