I have used another Wylie based plumber for the past couple years. I called them to come replace my hot water heater and they wanted to charge an extra 120$ for a drain pan. I asked around and Waterman's came recommended by a friend and their price was better and included the drain pan. Brandon came out right on time and did an excellent job. Very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. Very satisfied. They are now my go to plumber.

Brandon from Waterman's just came by our home to replace a faulty valve and was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he super polite and knowledgable but he even went the extra mile to clean up! Highly recommended! MM

Mike Waterman did an outstanding job plumbing my home for a new natural gas line. Mike and his partner were very professional and never wasted time. They worked harder than any other business Ive had thoughout several projects at my home. Mike provided great customer service and worked extremely hard to please my wife and I. They were very tenacious and never gave up on my request. Everything we wanted done with this gas project was completed by Mike and his partner very quickly. He was spot on during this work and stuck to the time line he had given me. Everything he told me he was going to,do, was done. Thank you Mike, we now have a plumber of the highest quality. After calling around and speaking with several contractors - I decided to be my own contractor and find my own plumber, etc - and I am thrilled I did. Mike and his crew are fabulous. They never laughed at my attempts to do some of the remodel myself. They encouraged me, talked me through different items, were on time, and mostly - were great with my dogs. I knew I was in great hands when Jennifer set the schedule up - she was responsive and also very encouraging. I cannot recommend Waterman's Plumbing high enough. You can't find better - anywhere. They helped me remodel 2 bathrooms - and I can promise you, if I need anything plumbing related - they will be my first call.

After both of my water heaters quit unexpectedly I started calling around for new replacements. For how many plumbing companies are around it's amazing how bad customer service can be when you're looking for one. As a business owner myself in a competitive industry that is astonishing.
Waterman's was the 8th company I called and was the first that could come out that day. The lady was very nice on the phone and gave an upfront price with only a 2 hour window of arrival. Both guys that came out were able to finish quickly and the install looks great. I highly recommend giving Waterman's a call!

am so impressed with Waterman's; we had a leaking water heater in our attic, and they scheduled us for a visit the next day. Brendan showed up when he said he would, and even called with 5 minutes notice as I asked so I could make sure the dogs were put away. He was exceptionally polite, and really thorough. He took time to show me exactly what the issue was, where it was occurring, and what all of my options were. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, and listened to my questions and answered them honestly. Javier joined him to help replace the water heater, and he was also wonderfully patient and polite with me. Could not be happier with my experience with everyone at Waterman's.

Called Waterman's Plumbing in an emergency on a weekend. They were highly recommended and I'm glad I used them. They came out, surveyed the problem and explained to me in detail what the issue was. They fixed our toilet and bathtub issue, with great care. They were courteous and understanding, definitely will use them again. Also love the fact that they are a family owned company. REVIEW OF POST MAY 2020: During the Covid 19 pandemia when people are loosing jobs and there so much necessity. Had same problem in front yard like 2018. Same spot they repaired in 2018. Call them again. My 2018 service was on file. Tech came and assess within 10 minutes. Then leaves to Home Depot to get parts. Trip to go and come back took 35 minures. Putting parts in and wait to glue to set 20 minutes. Active work on site total 45 minutes but was charged for 2 hours labor. The total was $506.00. Much more money compared to 2018, same problem. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

2018: Had a great service. Easy booking. Thank you so much Ebert for coming in a timely manner and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them because they are reliable and honest.

great prices and services, called them on my daughter house , after getting the run around from other local plumbers, they did the job for 30% less than other quotes, and quickly also, their my go to plumbers now, awesome plumbers !

Great service, very responsive. Nice folks, really had a pleasant experience, especially with Matt who fixed my problem.

Would highly recommend them. Used them for sewage issues my father-in-law's house and also my daughter's house. Finally got to use them at my place. Wife was smelling occasional whiff of gas around the area where the gas line comes up from the ground to the house. Turned out that initial installers 28 years ago did not wrap pipe coming out of ground, and it corroded through a few inches below ground. Had a tough time getting a reducer off that was between the underground riser and this pipe. as it was severely corroded to the pipe, but Mike was able to grind through enough to release it and get it off. He had to call a helper to run get a fitting so we would not be without heat that night, which he did, and he was able to get me up and going. He wrapped the pipe properly as it should have been 28 years ago, and harmony restored to the universe (at least my part of it, anyway!).

Over the years I have used Waterman's multiple times. However, about a year ago I was told that a repair wasn't covered because they only have a 30 day warrant period (the initial time I called about the leak was 40 days prior). I reluctantly requested that they come out again and a master plumber do the repair. Fast forward 1 year later I called back about the same recurring leak. They inform that they have a 1 year warranty and that the job won't be covered. I informed them that I was told differently on time # 2. Currently, they have yet to reconcile the leak, address that both bills were paid, or address that there was a communication break down and a warranty that seem to be flexible based on their convenience

I could not have had a better experience with Watermans Plumbing. I was already feeling super apprehensive because I was terrified of repair costs. I had been told my house had a sewer line slab leak, and against my better judgment, I went online to research possible prices and nearly had a coronary. It's kind of like WebMD for homeowners. Just don't do it.

The office manager, Jennifer, is a gem. She was patient, returned all my calls very promptly, and was just nice to talk to. She was warm, and made me feel very much at ease. She also also would text me with updates that I needed. Great service, all around. The diagnostic prices were very reasonable, and were far lower than other prices I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was done fast, and the price ended up being much lower than I anticipated, which was great!!

I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you need. They were a breath of fresh air for me during a very stressful time!

We had problem with kitchen sink water backup/ clogged issue. I called them 1st time, and the technician showed up in 1 hr. He exactly knew how to resolve the problem. Very polite and knowledgeable person. Finished the job without wasting any time and clean work. Very affordable price. I am so glad that I called them. I will be calling only this company for any future plumbing problem. I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for coming on new year eve day. I really appreciate your help.

Excellent experience for claw foot tub install

This company is the best plumbing company in DFW. They are honest, ethical and great at what they do. Their prices are fair and they are truly great friendly people.

Great service!!! Ray was very professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job replacing our garbage disposal.

Came out removed the toilet said something was stuck in the toilet could not tell me what it was. Charged us 214. 00 to remove the toilet was onsite 1 hour and 15 min. Local Call in wylie. And I still have to buy another toilet cause we still don't know. Not impressed with this company at all.

Highly recommended! Both of my bathrooms flanges were broken, one completely broken off, the other about 1/3 gone. Javier was able to fix them both no problem - and unlike myself when I was attempting to DIY - never uttered a four letter word ;-P. He was a supper friendly guy and solved a pretty tough job - and they were very reasonably priced.

Waterman's Plumbing was referred to me by my son in law and I am so glad. Jose was the plumber who came out. My washing machine was not draining properly and spilling water on the floor behind the washer. Jose showed up early, which was great, did a fantastic job, for a reasonable price and now I can do laundry again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, polite. He was great, and if I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely call Waterman's Plumbing and would definitely recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

tech couldn't figure out the problem and I was significantly over billed. Called another company and it was resolved in 15 minutes.
