good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

I had a company I was using in the past that did good work for a reasonable price but I just felt the guys doing the work were often rude with no customer relations skills. I had seen in house plumbing ads before and they seem to have good reviews so I gave them a call.I called in house because I was concerned I may have a leak and wanted a test done. I called and they were able to send a plumber out the next day. Rick showed up on time and was very nice and explained the testing process. He came back with the results, no leak. Payment was easy and receipt was emailed.I was pleased with the service and response.

I contacted Best Quality Plumbing. Chuck came out. He was timely and professional. Had a gas leak (a hole the size of a quarter) in the pipe leading to the heater for the spa/swimming pool. He diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable solution and price. During the diagnosis, he also identified and addressed others issues (replaced the parts) at no additional costs - to meet codes. Chuck gave an explanation for the additional repairs as well as the overall process. ...did a good job.

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job

Only negative is they're busy! A good sign....

This extortionist extraordinaire lost a repeat customer. Set timer when our plumber Garland arrived for the repair. 56 minutes 22 seconds start to finish. Charged me 1.5 hours and complained because my toilet is on the second floor. Do yourself a favor chose any other plumber. I expect some kind of reply, and if they actually do something to account for the horrible service experience I will modify this post, if I do not say anything you will know it is bologna. Best of luck finding a honest plumber.

We called Smith and Son Plumbing for the first time to replace a failed hot water heater. We have been dealing with two traditional tank heaters that never seem to last to their warranty. We have dealt with home warranty companies for years, but with horrible experience.
Now that we can choose our own company, we are so glad to have found Smith and Son. They replaced the tanks with a tankless hot water heater and are incredibly professional. The day after the install we called back with two small concerns/questions and they came right away to address and resolve both! We will gladly use Smith and Son for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

Enoch was very helpful and allowed me to watch over his shoulder to learn. He was exceptionally friendly and offered to be available in the future should I need any advice.

Chad has the knowledge, skills and work ethic that is not always easy to find these days. Work was done on time, price was reasonable, and finished product was high quality. Clear and precise communication, up front advise on expectations, and follow through exactly as advised. Highly recommended!

My shower, though installed by the plumber near me, was not working. I called them and within 24 hours they had someone at my house to fix it. The quality of the service was outstanding and the cost of repair was surprisingly low.

Kudos to Chris for helping get my plumbing fixed. This is the second time I have had hm out and he has always done a great job.

I had 2 sinks with drainage problems in my new home. Upstairs bathroom sink just needed the seal reset. The kitchen sink had several leaks and they gave me several options for repairs at each point. They also figured out the drainage problem as being a grease clog. I have several fans set up to help deal with the smell, but now the sink drains and there are no more leaks!

Had a water leak under my slab. I called for a leak detection and they detected the leak quickly and scheduled the repair for that same week. They reroute a new pipe, finish in one day and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this guys!
