I had Nicholas and his assistant work on my master shower today and am very pleased. The hot water valve in my 1960s home was original and had deteriorated to where it was no longer shutting completely, causing a constant drip. I had previously talked to a plumber who had told me they’d have to tear into my wall and redo piping to fix the leak. Nick with Staggs quickly disassembled the valve, identified the problem (a worn rubber piece), called the plumbing supply store and had it replaced and back to new within an hour. I’m very pleased with the minimally invasive approach, the professionalism, and the prompt response. From scheduling to paying, everything went really well and I never once felt like I was being up-sold or misled. I’d very much recommend Staggs Plumbing to friends and family.

Our hot water heater was leaking, called Best Quality Plumbing and Chuck was there within 30 minutes. He worked into the evening to get us up and going with new water heaters. Very professional and would recommend.

We were very impressed with Brad and American Leak Detection. Brad thoroughly inspected the pool, inside and out even when the water was 65 degrees. He identified the issue on his first visit, then we were able to get scheduled relatively quickly for the repair. On the repair, he found the leak under our pool decking, dug down to it, repaired the pipe, and then filled and patched the pool decking. We hope our pool leak days are done, but we know who we will call if we need assistance with leak detection! Thanks Brad!

I am perplexed. First experience was good if a bit odd. I was told they would come out the next day for a drain problem and would call one hour before coming. However no time frame given. Around 1pm I called to see about what time to expect them. The man who answered said he'd cleaned his truck out and had lost all the phone numbers from the day before. I think this was an odd excuse. If I had not called again, no one would have come. He did send someone that afternoon. The plumber who came was great. I was very pleased. I wrote off the dog ate my homework kind of excuse as just someone having a bad day. Or maybe he did really throw away all of his phone messages? A couple of weeks later I called to have an outside faucet replaced. The man who answered -- I think it was same man I talked to on phone the first time I used them --- said he was in his truck and he would call me back. He never called me back. Thus the low rating. Good work was done but too hard to try to get them to do the work. I called another company.

Inspect water heater

My elderly dad had a water broken pipe in the wall. They came out and made the repair and decided to go through the rest of the house and steal stuff. My mom had just passed away so he is the only person thats been in the house except the roto rooter guys. So far he only noticed $1000-$1500 and his change jar gone. They went through my recently deceased mothers house and just took what they wanted. God only knows what else they stole of my mom’s jewelry and stuff. DO NOT LET THESE THIEVES INTO YOUR HOUSE!

They came out to my house and fixed our water heater in a day with a reasonable price. They didn't try to upsell me with anything or high pressure me.

i like to think I can take care of everything myself. Then the hot water heater started leaking. I got a quote from them and prayed I wouldn’t have a surprise up charge. They came and replaced the water heater fairly quickly. The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful when i called in.
