I wish I could give 10 stars ! It's rare anymore that someone will actually do exactly what they say they will do and at a great price to boot. They fixed a leak under the slab and repaired everything in one day and when they left the place was even cleaner than when they got there. What a great father and son team and they did all the work themselves with no outside labor. They have my business for life ! Thanks Anthony and Tyler, a job well done !

Smith and Son saved the day (and the long holiday weekend)! I could not be more appreciative. Yesterday evening, I had very low water pressure and I had leaking from what appeared to be the front of the house (it was the pressure relief valve). I had to turn off the water supply since it was drenching the yard. Momma ain't happy when water was not on demand. I called one company I had used in the past and they had no availability...I got concerned (again, momma ain't happy when she ain't got water/toilet/shower...and if momma ain't happy, well, you know...). Having the water turned off for the long weekend would have been a miserable endeavor. In addition, I wouldn't have a spot in my schedule next week to meet someone to have a repair done. I began to quickly read reviews for plumbers in the area and came across Smith & Son. When I called, they were super nice. They mentioned they had a full day scheduled for the crew, but the desperation in my voice must have been evident and they generously rearranged the schedule and made a spot for me.
Rick came to my house on time, listened to my problem, automatically knew the solution, instantly gave me a quote, and level-set my expectations on what could pop-up once he got into it. I really appreciated his professionalism and straightforwardness. Great communication and answered all of my questions. The quote was in-line with what I expected (after trying to self-diagnose via google and research how much each scenario would be). The pressure relief valve is an outside repair requiring a lot of dirt to be dug up...and its July in Texas...needless to say, probably not the funnest repair for him before a long weekend when we all just want kick off early and have a little family leisure time. I am so ecstatic that it got done today. While my budget wasn't expecting a plumbing job, I knew the price was fair. Rick even put the flower bed back together as good as it was before the required digging. And the final price was no more than what Rick had level-set. No gotcha's or sneaky added in fees or charges...just paid what I had expected.
I would highly recommend Smith & Son Plumbing. Not only are they now my go to for plumbing issues...I now have a great business to recommend to my friends when they ask me if I know of any good plumbers. It was a real blessing and a load of stress lifted. Thank you Smith & Son Plumbing!

First off the professionalism that was shown was top notch, Justin came out to do a quote for some additional gas lines. He listened very carefully to what I was asking, and then followed up with taking a very careful look at everything to make sure this was possible. After all of that he covered all my options on pricing, everything was upfront and honest. I was not disappointed with any aspect of his visit to my property. I will be calling on Milestone for all of my home services, and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

I’m always able to book service quickly and Legacy does excellent work. They are upfront with pricing - no surprises. We are especially thankful Sam pointed out a major safety issue with our water heater that was installed incorrectly before we bought the house. The only plumbers we’ll ever call!

Yuck. These people were horrible - at least the service tech that came out.

Our appointment window was between 2 - 4 and they showed up at 1!
First of all, we called them out to come to our house to fix a leak under my mom's sink in our mother in law suite, in her kitchen. The leak was under the sink and the tech just said, well this is really cheap plastic piping, it should be stainless steel.

I said, OK. So where is the leak coming from?

He said, from the pipe. However, he hadn't really even turned the water on yet. Once he did , he saw the leak was coming from behind. My mother had also said that she had heard a rattle in the garbage disposal and I had mentioned that to him. The tech said, You just need to get a new disposal as well don't repair them, we only replace them but if you buy a new garbage disposal we'll give you all the new parts under the sink for free.

He NEVER turned the disposal ON to hear it or to see if it was actually even broken!!

Then, he comes back with a quote after a few minutes in his van and says for a new 3/4 Horsepower garbage disposal it would be $790!! I have bought a FULL Horsepower Insinkerator disposal for clients (design clients) for less than 1/2 that!! Talk about a mark up!

To just replace the piping it was going to be $297 then when I told him we just wanted to replace the piping and I asked will it be all stainless steel he said no it would be plastic. He said in order to be stainless steel they have to replace the garbage disposal. Then he said we needed a basket strainer and it would be an additional $99 for that so total of $396!!

WHAT A BUNCH OF RIP OFF ARTISTS! After I told him, no thanks. He immediately said Bye and walked away. He left all of the piping undone under my mother's sink - he didn't offer to put it back or anything!!!

The entire time the guy was smacking his gum and had an attitude and was unprofessional and a little bit rude.

After he left, I went and looked in her garbage disposal and it was just a screw in there! I got the plumber who came to fix the leak later the same day to remove the screw and fix the leak. How much did he charge? $65 INCLUDING parts.

Don't fall for their high pressure tactics! I would NOT recommend this company at ALL.

Sam was amazing and went above and beyond on our project. I will definitely use the Plumbing House again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service with employees you can trust.

On July 10, 2023 our kitchen sink backed up. Called Mr. Rooter and Keyfer Fiveash came out. He cleared the clog but told me the cast iron line was cracked or broken based solely on what was on the line coming out. He said we need to replace it even though he didn’t use a camera to validate his conclusion. He gave us an estimate of $24,000 to replace on top of the $680 for 30 minutes of work. I called another company today and they used a camera and found out the line Keyfer said was cast iron actually was PVC. I will never use or recommend this company to be used.

I had a leaking showerhead driving me insane, but the plumbing company fixed it quickly. They were courteous and professional.

Micah was able to come out same day and address an issue with a gas control module another company claimed was faulty and needed replacement. Calling Micah’s Honest Plumbing saved me hundreds!

Zaul was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained any issues he found and presented options (necessary, optional and suggested). We ended up going with the maintenance package, which will include 2 more HVAC checks and tankless water heater checks and flushing. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
