Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. We have used this family owned business for years. I have receipts from 2009. This business is always reliable. I have always had a good experience with the employees. They are friendly and accommodating. They shine in customer service. Today they sent Riley out. Once again very professional, friendly, took his time explaining to me the issue I was having and the solution.

My hose bib copper pipe split leaking water in the front of my house and called four different plumbing companies to try and schedule a repair so I could get my water turned back on, all four said it would be Wednesday or Thursday before they could get me on the schedule. I called Plano Plumbing, Jack answered the phone and I explained my situation and he said I'll call you right back, five minutes later he called and said he could have someone there in thirty minutes, and right on time four professionally dressed men showed up and explained the repair, removing the brick, replacing the pipe and new hose bib.
