good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

In-House was able to clean a line that another plumbing company spent over an hour trying to fix and didn't. Within 30 minutes, the drain was cleared, and the technician identified a break in the pipe that no other plumber had ever identified for us. Exceptional quality!! Highest recommendation.

I called late in the day before Thanksgiving, we had a valve break and had to shut the water off. Everyone else that I called were done for the day but Jeff was willing to still come out and fix the valve. He did a great job, was the nicest person and very considerate. We had used another plumbing service and lost them to retirement, we have now found a new plumber!

If I could give zero stars, I would! They normally charge a $79 service call fee and we were willing to pay $145 for them to come out immediately. I had told them on the phone that there was water running under the house. When the “plumber” got here, he was not willing to go 4 feet under the house to assess the problem! He stood there saying, “ I’m not going under the house”, and did absolutely NOTHING, yet still expected to get paid! Do NOT use this company! They will try to scam you out of money without doing the work!

I called at 5:52 PM and no one answered. Maybe it's not 24 hours.

Aubrey has done a number of jobs for me on my home and on my rental properties. Most recently replaced two hose bibs and did a great job. Quick response and timely install. I have referred them to others who have also said they did great work. (ref #2242-7097)

Wanted a second opinion on whether we had a leak under the foundation after fixing it. First company said we did but did not show the tank. Smith and Son came out and said we did not and showed proof. Trustworthy and professional.

If you require a plumber that can guarantee showing up on a specific day, I'd say look for a company that doesn't have open windows like this place. Took a day off to facilitate a simple drain leak repair, figured it would be no problem as I live less than two miles from their location, but was never gotten to and told at 5:45pm that they unfortunately wouldn't be able to make it. A $40 credit towards a repair was offered but it's certainly not worth me taking even more time off for a company that can't guarantee they'll show up.

Outstanding Job. I had water coming up from the floor, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and the promptly sent out their locate team. They determined my leak was under the kitchen floor and suggested a re route would be the best repair. They came back next day around 8 a.m. with 2 crews and had the repair done by 2 pm and cleaned up and left my house clean. Great job and I highly recommend them and their professional job.
