Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I have not yet formally hired CPR yet but already the owner saved me from spending far too much money with another company. In fact I was able to fix a problem without cost and the owner knew so while giving me the advice .Not only that, he offered to visit personally if his advice didn't work out and would get me taken care of. Just good honest ownership and you believe then when they say they enjoy making customers hsooy.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Chuck helped with our kitchen remodel moving our kitchen sink over a little, and moving our dishwasher to the opposite side of the sink. He adjusted the plumbing to fit the new sink orientation and countertop height, and installed the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was very responsive when the gas stove connection was accidentally turned on during our cabinet placement. He came as soon as he got the call because it was a gas issue and he will not delay for gas emergencies and he helped confirm there was no leak. He then installed a cap so that it would not happen again. Chuck explained all the details of what he discovered and fixed, such as a pipe within a pipe inside my drain pipe and the surprise downdraft vent we discovered beneath the cabinet. He is always happy to answer questions and try to help you understand what is going on.
