Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Brenda was very informative and helpful when I called and was able to get my in right away due to an earlier cancellation. Rick called early and was able to come to my house before 11am when I was scheduled for 2pm. Rick was knowledgeable about everything from different solutions in different price points and gave us tips on how to maintain our condensation line for the future. Had Ben Franklin come out and they did a great job. Scheduled the night before and they were on time. Ended up needing a new toilet which hurt but they had it delivered and installed relatively quickly. Very polite and courteous plumbers. Only issue I had and may have been my fault but the price they quoted me for the replacement didn't include the house call charge and I thought it did, so it was a bit higher than I expected. Overall satisfied.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.
