Best Gas Lines Pipe in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

In-House Plumbing truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had a problem with one of our cast iron sewer lines and after research decided to go with In-House for the PVC re-route. We were planning to do only half the house. Chris came out for an initial estimate and within an hour of his visit (on a Friday evening) we received a VERY detailed proposal, with plans showing our options, cost explanations, and a 30 minute video from the owner Shawn outlining everything. The price and plans were favorable so we went with the full re-route. Now all our sewer pipes all the way out to the street connection are smooth PVC and should last our lifetimes without any major issues. The entire process took 7 full days (would’ve been 5 but there were complications with our particular yard and lines), the yard was a mess but (at least in our case) very minimal work was required in the house and no damage to the tile/wood floors or slab. All of the workers we interacted with were polite and helpful, especially Chris (excellent all around), Jackie (always eager to answer any questions, positive and knowledgeable) and Santos (stayed late to hook up a toilet for us). We were able to stay in our house the entire time the work was done. They kept us informed on progress, any changes and were always eager to answer any questions. They really went above and beyond! This was an expensive and stressful home repair to have to make but they put us at ease. I would recommend In-House Plumbing to my best friends and family. 11 out of 10 quality and service.

Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

I will give credit to the company for coming out in the rain, but they missed a massive leak in the front yard (2300 gallons a day) then gave me a nearly 9k quote to fix a slab leak in my foundation. Slab leak may have never existed but i will never know. Had all of my fresh water lines rerouted through the attic for less than their quote to fix 1 leak. After having all ny lines rerouted i had to have my service line replaced. I would never recommend this company.

Professional but expensive

CPR Plumbing is FANTASTIC! We've used them for several different jobs now and each time Chad and his crew have always been polite, professional, on time and their work is superb. We've priced out other companies, and have used other plumbers in the past, but CPR pricing beats all the others (and you still get the quality work!). This past project with CPR had a little hiccup, but they handled it with class and completely took care of us - a toilet we purchased ourselves from Home Depot had a defect and no one knew until it was installed and we went to use it that next morning. Long story short, we swapped out the toilet and CPR came back to uninstall the bad and install the good without charging us again! They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault we had a bad toilet. They truly care about their customers. Thanks CPR!!!!!

Chuck, owner of Best Quality Plumbing, is one of the most professional, kind & considerate individual. He worked over 2 days doing major plumbing work at my residence. He was supposed to be off on Labor Day & that didn’t stop him from coming to my house to resolve an urgent issue. He was even working with an affected arm. I could even see his face grimace with pain but he never complained. He completed what he started. A man of true character & dedication. Highly recommend!!!!

I have an issue with my toilet, and I spent about 5 minutes online and found two possible causes. I decided to hire a MASTER plumber, and thinking a MASTER should be able to give me a better diagnosis than the Internet. The Master plumber showed up 30 minutes late in a two hour window appointment, and he spent about 5 minutes to get the same conclusions that I obtained from the Internet. I told the plumber to proceed with what he suggested, but he said the weather is too hot. He cannot go to the attic at that time.

I've called another plumber before I contacted this place, and that plumber was very honest by telling me upfront that he could not diagnose the problem.

Bye 30 years of age hopefully we have figured out that words are cheap. Only actions that tell the truth.
This company's actions demonstrated, character. Anthony and Michael worked their tail off to do a great job!! It takes no character when things are easy and good. When things are tough, hard, difficult through no fault of our own that's when character shines.
I interviewed several companies for my job, all priced the job about the same, I have not one doubt however that I picked the best of the best.

Lots of gratitude for Tex the plumber's exceptional service. Our review is solely based on the completed outcome of the job, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!

Mike is a superb plumber! He is professional and knowledgeable about his job. If I have future plumbing issues, I will return as a loyal customer to Speake's Plumbing.

Have a high-end tankless system at my parents house that went bad - called a few plumbing companies, including ones recommended by the manufacturer, and they all passed on the job due to their lack of knowledge on the equipment. A competitor recommended Tank Yankers once he heard what type of system we had.

Kent showed up on time, was knowledgeable about the equipment and got things done. He was even able to get everything done under warranty even though we didn't have any knowledge that it still had a warranty. I would suspect other companies might have taken advantage of a similar situation.

Kent is a no none sense get things done type of guy, will get the job done right and probably wants to be left alone while he's doing it which explains the other review.

I recommend Tank Yankers and would trade a happy go lucky attitude for correct work and knowledge all day long.
