Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! CPR was great. The customer service was quick and top-notch. They performed a leak locate for us on a service line very quickly. Will definitely use them in the future for plumbing issues.

Last night my kitchen sink backed up when I turn on the garbage disposal I Google Plumber in Wylie and 3 results pop up the other two are close except for Best Quality plumbing is open 24 hours and that's a Godsend. Icalled and left a message in about an hour Chuck called me back and he came to fix my pipes. He spent at least 3 hours cleaning the pipes and I was so happy I told him he is now my plumbery I recommend this company . CHUCK is a hardworking man he just finished a job in Mckinney last night and still he came to my house to fix the problem. Chuck you are my Angel and thank you so much!

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
