I called the place who installed my AC six years ago. The tech said my condenser was out along with some other stuff which came out to 4K. I called Devard’s to get a second opinion. They said the condenser probably was fine and fixed my AC for 525. I now have a new go to AC repair company. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Great service. They were very accommodating by calling me when an earlier appointment was available. Service technician was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He was honest and even answered my questions about the grill. He was excellent.

These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

I cannot say enough good things about Augerpros Plumbing and Drain. I first called them over a year ago to repair/install a garbage disposal. Chad came out a year later, when it was our user error, and he was so understanding. He showed us how to prevent/remedy future clogs. When we had damage from the winter storms, James went above and beyond to come out as soon as possible to get us stabilized and ensure we had running water while we waited on the City to repair the leaking water main. He even checked in on us while he was out our neighbors’ house. We just called again for additional repairs from the storm, and once again, so professional and helpful. Kay and Leah are amazing, always making me smile when I call to schedule an appointment. Seriously, Kay made me smile when I was on the verge of crying. Not what I expected, and such a welcomed comfort when dealing with a flooded house!! Kindness and empathy go a long way.
