Did a sink repair for me. Very happy with experience overall.

My expectations were surpassed by the excellent work by Bill Kossan. Because I’m new to the Bethel Park area, I had to take a chance on who to call when I discovered water around my drain in the basement. Bill called me immediately and promised he’d try to get it fixed that day. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he also cleaned the entire area of the basement that was dirty from the water not draining. I can’t say enough good things about Bill Kossan Plumbing. Fantastic work at a fair price...can’t ask for more. Definitely call Bill for any and all of your plumbing issues.

Had some down spout issues that he helped solve that were rather perplexing. His equipment helped find the problem right away. Plus, I have had their crew come back a few times for other drain issues in our old house.

Our house may be older, but our plumbing is going to last for another 100 years.

Marty Kirsh is a highly competent plumber. He has successfully done all types of jobs for my residence: Replace sewer line, unclog sink drain, install kitchen faucet and shutoff valves, service tub faucet, replace garbage-disposal unit, etc. He is my go-to because he is accommodating, highly competent, and affordable.

On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

Basically wanted to milk my insurance, was no help what so ever.

From the courteous voice on the phone when I initially called to the professional, responsive, reasonable, and competent service from Tom, I feel blessed in an urgent situation to have Tom come within 12 hours to rescue a situation that occurred when a friend tried to replace my bathtub handle stem that broke off and the main water had to be shut off so I had no use of water at all until Tom kindly showed up at 7AM the next morning despite his busy work schedule.

I was able to use my water again as Tom installed isolation valves on the water supplies to the bathtub until he could purchase new handles to install. Good diagnosis and efficient use of time. The second trip to install the handles was quick, efficient and the reasonable price he quoted. I am highly selective. Choose Tom! Call his friendly office!

Talk about awesome service! Nathan and his guys are the nicest people. Friendly, responsive, reasonable in the pricing. Krupp Whitney saved the day for us and has been absolute top-notch. We have worked with several other plumbers/plumbing companies in the North Hills area and I would never use anyone but Krupp Whitney again.

Lowes subcontracted installing my dishwasher to them. It was taking a long time to schedule so I called Lowes. Lowes said the company would call me to schedule that day. They did not. Week later tried again and they finally called. Scheduled install and the installer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Started off with complaining there was no place to park. There was a huge space right across the street 3 times the length of his rented U-Haul van. He parked and went into my home without saying a word to me. Removed the old and installed the new. He left a big dirty water puddle under the sink and a long trail through the kitchen and out the door. I had to clean it all up. He left with only saying your done and took off. Acted like a little kid having a tantrum for some reason.
