Chris showed up quickly at 845 pm. He was polite, inspected everything quickly, and fixed the problem. He could have pushed the job until tomorrow easily but drive from an hour away because its our only toilet. Yes i will use them again.

These guys were the best. We had a sewer backup issue, and after a couple visits from another company, they determined there was massive blockage in the sewer pipes from at least a year ago. Jesse came out and started tearing up the floor to access the pipes, and the team came out the next day to replace everything. Fantastic job. Friendly, explained everything. Highly recommended

Based on South Side Plumbing & Heating's reviews and my conversations with Bill and John, we hired them for a major plumbing fix and new A/C installation and couldn't be happier. Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Called to arrange for an estimate, was told that someone would come out and take a look early in the week, no one showed up or gave any explaination and/or correspondence - just left me hanging. Must not want my business.

They were prompt and took care of the clogged drain. Prompt, professional and an experienced team.

If you have to ask, you'll never know. But if you must ask:

Estimate was based on more work than what was completed but initially charge was $300 for 20 minutes of work -- after questioning the price (since significantly less work was done than they had estimated) the charge was reduced by $40. Probably at most a $100 job.

I didn't argue, but a very young plumber got into a fight with me. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Scheduled 'first thing' 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:30 AM and at 10:05 AM plumber arrives. No update but told 'on an earlier call'. Is that really '1st thing'?

Excellent plumber, very reliable, courteous, & professional. Even has come out on a Sunday...We have had several plumbing projects and a few emergencies and Steve has always helped at reasonable prices. Small, independent business, one man operation, always busy, but always helps. Only plumber I would use.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.
