Rich was our repairman today. He was very professional and solved the plumbing issue--toilet that kept running, tank kept refilling. All is in order! Responded same day and within a few hours. Appreciate Rich's expertise and friendly manner. We will definitely call Puharic Plumbing again and ask for Rich!

Randy just finished a 2 day job yesterday replacing (by himself) my meter and gas line. The quality of his work went far beyond expectations and the amount of work involved was extensive (deep gas line). For instance, his ability to handle obstacles like tree roots and willingness to consider customer concerns on a difficult to place meter, eliminated issues that I thought were intractable. His attention to restoring the disturbed area of my front yard was meticulous and I didn't even need to discuss it beforehand. If I had imagined what the best possible result could look like, it wouldn't be any different from the end result.

Our water heater wasn't working and we had no idea why. Bibey came the same day we requested service. They found the problem and fixed it right away. (It wasn't even the water heater's fault. It was the chimney. )

When the water company came knocking on our door to alert us of a leak within our service line we immediately contacted Brian with Diesel Plumbing. He provided clear instruction on what we needed to do. We contacted the leak detection company and alerted Brian to when our appointment was scheduled. Shortly after the leak detection company came and completed their assessment Brian arrived and evaluated the situation, he put a plan in place and was back with his machines first thing Monday morning! It was a messy job but Brian and his team got the job done within hours and got us back on the up and up with the water company! We highly recommend Brian for any of your plumbing needs! Mark is an experienced master plumber who has vast experience dealing with plumbing issues found in old homes like mine. He is professional, knowledgeable and has 40 years of experience that other plumbers do not possess. I highly recommend Mark.

Naz did a great job with my tankless water heater installation. He was available to come give a free, same-day estimate. After we made the agreement, he had the job done within a week. Would recommend.

Went to work and fixed issue within the hour. Had to crawl into crawlspace under kitchen and cleared difficult clog of sludge an nd dirt.

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.
