Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. Precision Plumbing responded immediately to my insurance companies request for service when my sewer drain broke. Today (07/08/2021), John helped me on a difficult case.

My drain line on garage clogged, another plumber came to my house yesterday and was not able to unclog it, the plumber told me the pipe went bad and the only way to fix it was to dig and replace the pipe and cost was going to be nearly 3K.

John came on site, he tried one thing then the other, used all the possible ways he could think of, the clog was still there. He tried one last thing multiple times and finally it worked.

A lot of times we all take the result as granted. When comparing the results of the two plumbers, John is so great! He understood the concern of the customer, would take one more step then one more step to let customer happy.

When doing the right job, everyone would be happy!

Would recommend him to any one!

I had a backed up basement drain today. And since this company re-lined my sewer already, i gave them a call. Within 3 hours they were here. Zach and Ryan explained exactly what they thought it might be. Then after maybe 15 minutes, they confirmed it, and they showed me on the camera scope the actual issue. Really great.
The price quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. No hassle, really nice techs, good stuff.
I will use them for any issues that will come up, as well as recommend this company to anyone.

Barak Plumbing Your guys are just amazing. I was excited to see everything back in order. It was such a mess in the kitchen with these broken pipes.

Call the number on the website because of the multiple 5 stars review. Got an answering service, I am fine with that. It was a little after 8am. I get a return call by 8:30am. Great, this guy is responsive, so I thought. Explain what I would like done, he says I will come out between noon and 4, and I will call a half hour before I come. 3:30 I get a call stating I am not sure I am going to be able to make it today. Don’t make promises you can’t fulfill. 1 star. Don’t waste my time.

Jimmy spent about 20 min to replace a section of my kitchen sink drainage pipe and connection to my sink. He charged me $210, felt very overpriced.
