Dan Bigley and his partner Ed did a great job and very professional and I feel a very reasonal price for the amount of time and labor and expertise they did. Bigley is my sole go to for all my plumbing needs. This is not the 1st time I've used them. Never disappointed.

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.

Do not hire Jake Wilk and James Cunningham. They answer these saying they will try to resolve an issue but it's a lie. They do not finish the work and they steal down-payments. They do not pull Permits and are not licensed according to allegheny county. They may pay some random person to pull but they didn't even do that on my job. They left my job unfinished. I filed a civil suit and am looking for fellow victims to testify. I can't afford to lose what they stole. If they would have just returned the money on the job the job they didn't even start I would have let this go but they are completely unethical. I now have to hire someone else to fix and finish the one they abandoned.
